Is SIBO Recovery Possible How Will I Know I Am Recovering

The question is, is SIBO recovery even possible? How do I know I’m recovering from SIBO? Well, excellent question. Recovery for some people can be different experience. Not everyone’s going to recover at the same rate. People recover at different rates for many different reasons, but you’ll know you’re recovering by an increased sense of wellbeing. When you have SIBO, particularly when you present to someone like me or talk about your health problems. There’s usually three types of symptoms you’re going to be presenting with, three types. So listen carefully.

You’ll have the presenting complaint, which will usually be one of the biggest reasons why you’ve gone to see the doctor or practitioner, will be your primary complaint. The primary complaint can be something like diarrhea or constipation, or bad bloating, or something like that, but it’ll be a strong complaint. But then once you’ve voiced that opinion to the doctor, then you’ll talk about smaller complaints and these could be things like headache or maybe a lack of sleep occasionally, or some pains in the body or low motivation. And then you’ve got the third type of complaints. And those are things possibly you’ve had for so long you’ve even forgotten you’ve had them and thought they were a normal part of wellbeing.

And the third category is what I look at. No one looks at those, but I look at those. So I listen very carefully when someone comes back, or when I don’t practice anymore, but I listen very carefully. So I take the notes carefully. I look at all those layers of symptoms, but then when someone says something like this, I know they’re recovering really well. They’ll say something like, “Wow, XYZ symptom went away. I had it for so long. I wasn’t even paying attention to it anymore. I thought that everyone had this kind of problem, like a mild, dull headache, or like mild fatigue or whatever.” But when they got better, particularly over a period of weeks or months, that symptom slowly disappeared giving that person a lease of life. And when they communicated that to me, I knew that they were going to fully recover. All right, good.

So pay special attention, not to the presenting complaint, the big one, but particularly to the minor ones. Because when the minor one goes away, all that other stuff’s gone, long gone. It usually disappears. The presenting complaints go, but often people get way more excited when the nondescript complaints disappear, the ones that they hardly elicit or tell the doctor, the ones that if the doc is observant, he or she will actually get that out of that patient. So the wellbeing factor is what we look for.

It’s totally possible to recover from SIBO, totally possible. But not all patients want to recover. Now you may think that’s a stupid thing for me to say, but when I say that, I mean, some people are afraid to recover, because they’ve been sick for so long. I’ll talk about that in another video, that’s a whole topic for discussion, about why some people fear full recovery. But keep an eye on that third group. And possibility for you to recover is very high. Especially if you play the game by the rules.

Is White Rice OK For SIBO? Can I Eat White Rice If I Have SIBO?

Let’s talk about SIBO and let’s talk about different types of foods, particularly rice. Is rice okay to eat when you have SIBO? White rice in particular, so many people eat white rice around the world. If you go to Google and you type in foods suitable for SIBO, you can read all kinds of weird stuff online. I’ve just looked at a half a dozen websites and a lot of them all contradict each other. Some will say low FODMAPs are the way to go. Others will say low FODMAPs are not the way to go. There are many blogs online from various people with bowel problems, with small bowel problems and they’ve posted all kinds of information online. If you go to the internet, you’ll walk away very confused, thinking, well, I don’t really know if I’m allowed to eat rice or not.

Well, I can assure you it’s nothing to do, whether you’re allowed to have something or not. It’s whether it’s suitable for you or not. Just because you read something on the internet and it says that this food’s fine, and this is forbidden kind of thing, I would take that with a grain of salt. Now why would I say that? When I’m clearly flying in the face, you have opposition of a lot of people who say that these are the best foods for SIBO, and these are the worst foods for SIBO. Because my knowledge is based on my clinical experience in working with a lot of people and particularly people with gut problems for over 30 years. I’ve seen thousands of people with SIBO related problems. And then some people will be sitting there now saying, “That guy’s an idiot. He wouldn’t even know what SIBO is if he saw it right in the face.”

Well, I’ve seen plenty of SIBO cases I can assure you. And how do I know they were SIBO cases? Through testing. Through stool testing, but also through talking to the client and through working out what actually happened and led that person to get the problem that they did. I know what SIBO is. I can assure you, you don’t need antibiotics to clear this up. Even many naturopathic now in America are recommending antibiotics like Rifaximin, saying it’s safe and it’s this and it’s okay to use. And well, my experience with Rifaximin is not that case. I can assure you, some people do respond to Rifaximin, but I’ve seen lots and lots of people who got seriously aggravated when after taking this drug, because it is a drug. Natural medicines always work better for GI presentations. Always have, always will.

It’s my opinion. I’m quite firm on that. I don’t see the place for really, for pharmaceuticals in the digestive tract. White rice is something you need to try. Now, many FODMAP people say, the low FODMAP people say, that small amounts of rice are acceptable. But other people very strong, opinionated people say, “All is forbidden because it will create problems.” But only you can be the judge of that. There are lots of different types of rice, even in white rice, there are several types of white rice, long grain and short grain, arborio, sushi rice, basmati rice, so many white types of rice. It’s up to you to try a very small amount. And how I suggest that you do that if you like rice, is even to mix a small amount of rice in with some other food that you’re cooking. You could be boiling something or steaming something, put a bit of rice in with that, even a teaspoon to start with to see how your gut handles that.

Instead of jumping straight into a whole plate full of rice with something on top, topping like a curry or whatever, would be the cook a tablespoon of that rice or cook a larger amount and then take some out the following day that’s cool and then mix that through your food to see how the gut handles it. If you start small, in small doses, generally things are going to be a lot easier for you to manage than if you jump right in. But my opinion on white rice is that it’s suitable for many people. Many people have no problem with white rice. Others will seriously aggravate on. A lot of it depends on the balance of the bacteria in your gut at the time. Remember, SIBO is a condition where we’re seeing too much bacteria in the gut where they shouldn’t be. They should be in other locations, particularly in the large intestine.

When we get these small bowel overgrowths, we can get a problem. The worst SIBO cases I’ve ever seen were people were on recurrent antibiotics, time and again, time and again, and then those people can sometimes find it can take a long, long time for their bowel to really respond. And those diets in particularly need to be very carefully exercised. Very cautious with diets, with people with seriously bad gut dysfunction from complete annihilation after antibiotics. Just be careful. But if that’s not you, then see how you go. Maybe start with a little bit more. And you need to play it by ear. If you aggravate, back off. Wait a few more weeks, try some more vegetables in your diet. A couple of small pieces of fruit here or there, plenty of water, lots of rest, bacteria start responding, put some Candida Restore into the diet. Some of the probiotic enzyme I’ve developed that will speed the healing up even faster.

But rice should be acceptable. Especially if you don’t mix, if you have the rice on your plate and use some commercial bottle kind of curry sauce that’s full of sugar and maltodextrins and junk like that. If you make your own things from scratch, like I do, you’ll have a lot less problem.

Are CanXida Products Sustainable During Long Transits

Now, I previously did a video regarding the color variations with CanXida formulations. It’s perfectly natural to see a color variation in tableted formulations that contain multiple herbal medicines. If you’re going to see a tablet that’s a very plain white color, or there’s a constant uniformity or consistency of color every single time you buy that tablet, year upon year or whatever, or batch upon batch, that arouses a little bit of suspicion to me. So variation is quite normal. Now this video is going to be about the durability of the supplements during transit. So many people take up our free offer, our offer of free shipping.

Now, when you get free shipping, okay, the sting in the tail there is it’s going to take time to get there. Obviously we can’t afford… Our company can’t afford express rates and say, “Look, we’re going to give you free shipping,” and then we have to pay a huge amount of money to ship those products because it ends up costing us money to send people products in some cases.

So if you don’t want the slow boat to China basically, it’s going to cost you. Okay? It’s going to cost you a little bit more. You’re going to pay that money and then you’ll get a faster shipping. But most people… We even ship to New Zealand at the moment, all the way from U.S., from our manufacturer. And that can take a long time.

But the question is, are the supplements still okay on the other end? And the answer is yes, they are. They’re perfectly fine. We’ve had incredible feedback from people now, all around the world in many countries that have had the product shipped to them. And we don’t seem to notice any problems in terms of the efficacy of the product. So the supplements still work perfectly fine.

Generally it’s the end user, if there’s going to be a problem. I’ve seen customers I’ve known that had no idea, that would even leave the supplements in a car, in the glove box of the car, in 105 degree heat, thinking it’s perfectly normal. It’s not normal. So supplements don’t like very high temperatures. Low temperatures doesn’t seem to be the problem, unless you’re looking at well, well below freezing, incredibly cold temperature. But most supplements, again, can take a very low temperature. We’re talking like 110 Fahrenheit, like 50 Centigrade. When products are in transit they don’t usually get exposure to that kind of heat, whether it’s on an airplane or, you know, they don’t usually get that kind of exposure.

I’ve been involved in the supplement business now for very close to 40 years. And I know many companies that ship products to all corners of the world. I’ve spoken to many people who make the supplements, the laboratory technicians who actually help to put the products together. And the general consensus is that supplements can take quite a beating, but what they can’t take is days and days and days of sustained heat. You keep pills out of the sunshine, and you keep them out of sustained heat. But even sustained heat doesn’t seem to bother them for short period of time. It’s prolonged period of time that will ruin them.

Supplements made today seem to be a lot more robust and of higher quality than when I was a young guy. And that’s because the manufacturing procedures have changed quite a lot. We know how to make tablets and capsules now to a much higher degree through technology than we ever did in the past. So just to reassure our customers that even though the supplements can travel a long distance to get to you, you will find they should be perfectly fine. Put them in the refrigerator if you’re concerned, particularly the CanXida Restore. But even CanXida Restore, it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. It can be kept easily at room temperature, again, as long as it’s not exposed to direct sunshine or very high humidity. Think about it more like how you would store a food, in your pantry, for example. Your pantry shouldn’t be exposed to extreme heat, or cold, or sunshine. And if you keep tablets like that, you should have no problem at all.

My New Bottle CanXida Tablets Look Different In Colour, Are They OK

I get many questions regarding the CanXida formulations. All the time we get questions regarding dosages, if the tablets are applicable for younger people, how many a younger person should take, can they be taken with certain medications. All kinds of questions.

A very common question I get asked, which I’m going to answer now, is, “I’m concerned about the discoloration. I bought your products before. This batch that I’ve got now, this new lot of tablets I’ve got, are slightly different in color. Like there could be different color little specs in them, or there could be a slight more yellowing or brown of the tablet. What’s going on? Are they still worth taking? Have they expired? Are they rubbish? Should we throw them away? Or what’s the problem?” But this is perfectly natural and normal when you make a tablet like CanXida, particularly the Remove, the CanXida Remove, and the CanXida Rebuild. And that’s because there are herbal medicines in these products. And those colors can vary. They can really vary sometimes from season to season, or supply to supply, or where the herb was grown. So there are lots of reasons why there can be color variability.

I’ve tried to answer this before in other CanXida videos, but this one’s specifically about the coloration change. What I want you to try and bear in mind is, next time you go to a shop and you’re going to buy something, particularly a natural food, are you going to really look at the difference in the coloration of a celery leaf? If a celery leaf’s a bit more yellow, or a bit more green, or a bit more dark green, does that mean that you’ve got to throw the celery away? If you buy an apple and there’s a spot on the apple, or the apple’s smaller or larger than another apple, if the apple is more red or more green than it, does it mean that the apple needs throwing away? It doesn’t. It means it’s natural. Color variations are normal. At least with CanXida you don’t get very large tablets and very tiny tablets in the same container, but you’re going to consistency with that, of course, through manufacturing, but the raw materials changes from time to time.

Related articles:

So I just want to reassure all our customers out there, the CanXida customers, that there is nothing wrong with the tablets at all if you see some slight changes. Particularly the Rebuild, the CanXida Rebuild, the multivitamin, has got very specific herbs in there, which I wanted in that formula. So you may see some little tiny dots that could appear darker, or the dots that you’ll see in there again are particular herbs in that formula. It doesn’t mean you need to throw the tablet away. It just means it’s natural. Color variations are quite normal. And you’re going to get these kind of things in custom-made formulations like CanXida.

CanXida tablets are not like mainstream. They’re very specialized formulations designed by someone who’s used an incredible amount of herbal medicines in his practice over a long period of time. So somebody like me can understand those variations. So I want to assure you there’s nothing wrong with the product. Basically, that’s what I’m trying to say. You won’t see those color variations with probiotics, for example, or enzymes, because they’re generally always in a white color. Many companies mask the color of their raw materials in capsules of a certain color. So you can’t even see what you’re taking. I don’t like to do that with CanXida. So what you see is what you get.

Best Diet When You Have Hyphae Infection In The Gut

People ask him lots of questions, as you can imagine. And many people ask me this question. They say, “Look, I’ve got a candida problem in my gut.” And other people, “Well, what am I going to do about this candida problem?” And then other people say, “I’ve got a hyphae problem in the gut, what am I going to do that?” So I think people get confused, but candida Albert Keynes can change, it shape shifts. Okay. There’s a particular protein that’s been found now and I think it’s got to do with an aberration or change in how a lot of the mitochondrial cells work in human beings.

So let me just explain the mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell, they’re very tiny, there’s lots and lots of them inside the cell. And they perform various functions in the cell, but basically they give the body energy. Certain cells, certain body parts have way more mitochondria than others. The heart, for example, tends to have a lot of mitochondria in it to keep that heart muscle really active and going. There’s a protein found, I think it’s called MDIVA-1. Okay, this is a mitochondrial protein they found that can actually inhibit the change from the candida into its hyphae or string like form. Right? So I sort of, for my understanding, which is reasonable with candida, is it not everybody has the hyphae problem. Some people accelerate from the bud form, the candida form in the hyphae very quickly.

If we look at hospital admissions, from what I’ve read online there are 100’s of millions of people every year go to hospital, but in the last several years there’s been up to 200 or more percent increase in people who are passing away from yeast infections in hospital. In my opinion, it’s got to do with their heavy handed drug procedures that occur in hospitals. And I don’t think hospitals usually provide also the best kind of nutrition for people. So, there could be some of those sort of factors coming into play, and stress and lots of other factors.

But the hyphae form is a deadly form because it can really seep through different body tissues, get into different parts of the body well away from the gastrointestinal tract. But researchers now also feel it could be linked to many diseases, okay, cancers and all sorts of things. But the jury is still out. But what’s the best diet for a person with a hyphae problem, as opposed to the normal candida problem? Well, I’ve seen people as you can imagine in seriously bad yeast infection states all kinds of presentations. But when you get to a very serious state, their diet becomes even more precarious. You just need to be careful, very, very careful.

Related articles:

So when you’re going to seriously, full-blown gain data problem, the diet can be very hot to handle. So often people can be on quite a limited kind of a diet approach. So you need to spend even more time being careful with the kind of fruits you eat and make sure you keep away from artificial sugars. Lots of people have this idea that artificial sugars are fine when you have a bad yeast infection, but that’s not true. All right. And not necessarily true, but just be careful. It’s about serious caution because a seriously bad candida problem can push you into the emergency room and even into intensive care. I have seen some seriously ill patients go that way very fast, particularly when they threw caution to the wind and had a, sort of a good diet, but didn’t pay that much attention to it.

So probiotics play quite a good role in this particular case too. You’ll find when a person has got an advanced candida that even just basic lactobacillus acidophilus can have a very nice effect on those people on their digestive system. I would keep the diet and very simple. I’d keep it to probably green leafy vegetables, a few primary proteins. We could look at fish or chicken or egg and just be very cautious of the type of fruits that you eat, right? I’m usually reasonably lenient with berries and kiwi fruits and avocados and those foods. But I would be very cautious if it was a seriously bad yeast infection.

And as time goes by, you’ll find that the gut improves. You can back off a bit and allow more experimentation in the diet, but in the early stages, a lot of caution is required. Stick to a basic diet, a very basic one. And also be very careful what you read online because you’re going to get a lot of weird information online on hyphae diets and all sorts of weird stuff. Okay. Don’t fall for it. Basic.= Stuff’s the best. The more you narrow the diet down to a few items, the more you’ll be able to work out what you can and tolerate in terms of your ability to eat that. And then expand on that as required, okay?
