Goat Milk And The Candida Crusher Diet

Goat milk is an excellent food to have while following the Candida diet. It is essential to know that goat milk differ significantly from cow’s milk

Cow’s milk contains lactose, which can cause problems for people who don’t produce enough lactase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down lactose. We call that lactose intolerance and it can result in digestive symptoms like gas and bloating. Strictly speaking, lactose intolerance is not an allergy; it’s an enzyme deficiency.

The other issue with cow’s milk is that it contains a protein called beta-casein A1. Beta-casein AI stimulates antibody production in some people resulting in a milk allergy. Cow’s milk is one of the strongest allergens you can eat. It is possible to get cow’s milk that contains beta-casein A2 rather than A1. This type of milk is called A2 milk. However, when you start fiddling with foods with proteins, you start modifying them. That’s why I don’t believe it’s a good idea to drink A2 milk.

Further readings:

Goat milk naturally contains the A2, rather than A1, beta-casein protein. As a result, it doesn’t have the same risk of triggering an allergy as cow’s milk does. Also, goat’s milk is very similar to human milk. Goat’s milk is incredibly good for humans because it is so nutrient-rich. Goat’s milk contains healthy fats, vitamin E, and alpha-hydroxy acid, which is a prebiotic.

Sheep’s milk and goat milk are excellent to have on the Candida diet because they encourage the production of lactobacillus in the small intestine. They’ve got good mineral and fat levels and are unlikely to trigger an allergic response. I recommend including sheep and goats milk right from the beginning of a Candida diet. They can be used as a substitute for cow’s milk. You can also have goat cheese on a Candida diet. Feta cheese made from goat’s milk is quite lovely. Yogurt made from goat or sheep’s milk is also very compatible with the Candida diet.

Camel’s milk is also suitable for people on the Candida diet, although like buffalo milk, it’s a bit high in fat.

Beneficial Bacteria: Do You Know Your Levels?

I have had many clients that not only had Candida overgrowth but, on stool testing, also found out that their beneficial bacteria counts were very low. Once they addressed both conditions, symptoms such as depression, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, and fatigue cleared up.

I often make the point that it’s not always an overgrowth of Candida, harmful bacteria, or parasites that are the issue, it’s a lack of beneficial bacteria. Some people with Candida have the benefit of still having a considerable number of good bacteria. Others who have Candida and no beneficial bacteria, are in a much more difficult spot. Either way, you need to know the whole story about what is going on in your gut.

Do a stool test so you can understand the conditions in your digestive system fully. Go to your naturopath or go to your functional medicine doctor and ask for a stool test. You want to make sure the stool test is properly performed. Observe the withholding period for probiotics and antimicrobials to ensure the result are accurate. If you do the test correctly, you’re going to get a result back that can direct you to the appropriate treatment plan.

Certain strains of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus are examples of beneficial intestinal bacteria. Low levels of these bacteria species are associated with several diseases.

If you do have a lack of beneficial bacteria, consider CanXida Restore. This product contains both digestive enzymes and probiotics. CanXida Restore was designed to help increase the level of beneficial bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract. Beneficial bacteria can contribute to improved hormonal, immune, and digestive function. Without beneficial bacteria, Candida, harmful bacteria, and parasites can colonize the gastrointestinal tract unopposed. If you lack beneficial bacteria, increasing your levels of beneficial bacteria should be part of your Candida treatment plan.

Can CanXida Help With Recurrent Vaginal Yeast Infections?

When it comes to vaginal yeast infection, chapter five, in my book Candida Crusher, provides a lot of guidance. There are many different products you can use for vaginal infection. Vitanica is a company that makes very effective borax suppositories called Yeast Arrest.

If you prefer to make the capsules, use 00 capsules. You will also need four to six ounces of pharmaceutical grade boric acid powder. Boric acid powder is fantastic for vaginal issues. Fill the capsules with the powder and keep them away from kids.

Use the boric acid when the vaginal irritation is at its worst. For many women, that will be two or three days leading up to the period. It could also be after the cycle. Try and work out when you get the worst symptoms, and then insert the boric acid capsules vaginally during that time. Start with two capsules and leave them in overnight. With time, you can use up to five or six capsules. Wear a pad, and in the morning, clean out the vagina with a little apple cider vinegar in some lukewarm water. A turkey baster with a soft silicone tip works quite well for douching.

I’ve seen over 1,000 women now with this problem in the last few years alone. In most cases, this boric acid protocol completely cleared up the vaginal yeast problem in two to three menstrual cycles. You don’t need to use the boric acid capsules continuously.

If you want to prevent vaginal yeast infections, pay attention to your diet and lifestyle. Alcohol is the number one thing you’ve got to stop. The same holds for men who have a problem with a fungal infection of the groin area.

If you’re on the birth control pill, you may want to consider discontinuing it because it can influence the vaginal infection significantly. If you’re in a relationship, make sure that you don’t pass this problem back and forth. Maintaining good genital hygiene is also essential.

Following the Candida Crusher diet and using the CanXida line of products works very well in combination with the boric acid. Take the CanXida Remove at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Have a dose of CanXida Restore at breakfast and dinner. I also recommend taking one to two pills of CanXida Rebuild each day. Stay on that protocol for about three months. If you repeat that boric acid treatment for several cycles and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle for at least six to twelve months, you’re going to clear up the vaginal yeast infection entirely.

How Can I Tell If My Stool Is Healthy?

A healthy stool is like an iceberg. An iceberg partially floats, but most of it will be underwater. That’s what a healthy stool looks like, too. A stool that partially floats means that it contains the right amount of fiber and water.

If stool is floating entirely on top of the water, it’s not a good sign. A buoyant stool is often a sign of a problem with fat absorption. Fat malabsorption can be the result of a gallbladder or liver problem. Stool that floats and is light-colored is characteristic of certain liver diseases.

If stool sinks to the bottom of the toilet bowl, it’s likely very compressed or lacking in water. Hard, compacted stool without enough fiber will sink. Stools that sink generally mean you’ve got something wrong with the colon, but also, potentially, the small bowel.

Now look at the shape of the stools, are the stools skinny, or are they fat? Do they come in long pieces? Do you have to make multiple trips to the bathroom to empty your bowels fully? These are just some of the questions I ask clients when investigating their bowel function.

I also ask clients about their stress levels, their sleep, their diet, and whether they are experiencing any other digestive symptoms like gas and bloating. Lifestyle is another important factor. If you are sitting in front of a screen all day, your digestive system may be suffering.

A stool test can help sort out why your stool isn’t healthy. The result of a comprehensive stool analysis will let you know if problems with Candida, bacteria, or parasites are contributing to your stool problems. Once you know what the problem is, you can choose the right treatment.

Certain habits will help keep your stool healthy. Make sure that you chew food properly and that you’re relaxed when you eat your food. Don’t eat under stress or while watching the screen. Make sure you are staying hydrated, eating enough fiber, and avoiding junk food.

The digestive system is superbly affected by stress. Every tiny little thing that goes through your mind will affect your autonomic nervous system, either the sympathetic branch (the gas pedal) or the parasympathetic branch (the brake). Your thoughts either accelerate or put the brakes on stress responses in the body. The parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for the “rest and digest” response, which is essential for your gastrointestinal tract work correctly.

Candida Overgrowth: Fact Or Fiction?

I’ve been asked on many occasions where Candida overgrowth is a “real” condition. Sometimes this happens because their medical doctor has told them that Candida is not a real issue. This leaves people feeling confused – am I right? Is their doctor right? As one reader put it,

“I don’t think that you are a sham or trying to trick people, but I’m still not convinced Candida is a real problem. There are many red flags I see. For example, the fact that the list of symptoms from this thing is so long that you can basically find any one. But let’s just say that Candida is a real issue, changing my eating habits and taking specific supplements for a long period of time is a big investment to make. I would gladly devote time and energy into something like this if I actually knew I had Candida. But I don’t know. To go to a practice that can test for this stuff would cost me at least 700 euros. I don’t mind spending money for the sake of my health, but it’s too much money to gamble on a disease that maybe is real and that maybe I have. Can you see the issue? What can be done in this situation?”

The best approach is to do a proper comprehensive stool analysis using three samples. Work through a credible lab. Without stool testing, you won’t know what you’ve got inside you. It could be a lack of beneficial bacteria, bacterial overgrowth, Candida, or a parasitic infection.

Candida is undoubtedly real. With a little bit of looking online, you will find thousands of studies that support the fact that Candida is a real problem. There are many medical doctors now who understand Candida and treat it for what it is. However, other doctors aren’t aware of the problem and dismiss it as a “scam.’ You need to be careful of conservative practitioners who don’t keep up with latest research.

I’ve treated tens of thousands of people now, and I’ve directly seen the result of a person recovering from a yeast infection to such a high level of health. These are very sick people that have been pushed from one doctor to another and told they were crazy, and then when we did the stool test, we found the candida species. Not one time, not two times, not a hundred times,

not a thousand times, but many thousands of times I’ve seen people recover. When a person has Candida, and we treat them effectively, they recover.
