Soid Based Probiotics (Sbo): What You Need To Know

“Are soil-based probiotics any good?”

Probiotics are the flavor of the month at the moment. Everybody wants to take probiotics.

There are many different types of probiotics.

We’ve got lactate, a lactic acid-forming.

We’ve got soil-based, which are spore-forming, or we call them SBOs, soil-based organisms. A popular one, for example, is a bacillus subtilis.

Soil-based organisms were once significant for humans because a long time ago, people didn’t shop at supermarkets.

I can remember growing up in Australia. I think I was nine years old and the first big supermarket came to our area.

Before the supermarkets, people would buy groceries from the guys that came in trucks to the house.

You had the milkman once.

You had the meat man.

You had the vegetable lady.

These people would provide a much fresher supply of food.

Today, we have supermarkets, so vegetables are trucked in from miles away.

I bought some broccoli once at a supermarket because every piece looked so perfect, and it had “Product of China” written on it. I put the broccoli in the fridge.

Three weeks later, it still looked perfect.

If I got a piece of broccoli out of my garden, within several days in the fridge, it’s all limp and doesn’t look very good.

Soil-based organisms were once very widespread because people had produce from much closer to home. Vegetables were cut and eaten relatively quickly, so soil may have been adhering to these.

Now, everything is sterilized.

Probably the vegetables you buy now are water blasted and dipped in bleach and chemicals and goodness knows what crap they put on food today.

I wouldn’t know because I grow a lot of food myself.

The soil-based organisms were once consumed widely by people, and as a result, their microbiota was different back then.

People also slept better. They were more relaxed. They worked hard, but they ate a better quality food.

At that time, food had better nutritional content. People ate more fermented and cultured foods. As a result, their gut had a much bigger diversity of bacteria and fungi, which led to much better health.

Today, the diversity of our gut microbiota is shrinking. That means now people are looking at other forms of probiotics to introduce into their gut like SBOs, soil-based organisms.

Do they work?

I’m not convinced. This stuff’s only been around for a few years.

I’ve used these probiotics with patients for a while. And to be honest, I see no clinical difference between a good probiotic, a lactic-acid forming probiotic, and an SBO.

In fact, I believe that the lactic acid ones work better with people than the SBOs for many different reasons.

Supplements work best in people who understand that eating good food and living a balanced lifestyle is part of the “good health” package.

Do you need SBOs, soil-based organisms, or do you need the lactic-acid forming ones? My opinion is to stick with the lactic-acid forming probiotics like lactobacillus acidophilus.

Check out CanXida Restore. When I made this product, I made sure that I put high-quality probiotics into a unique capsule that survives the stomach bypass.

It opens up in the small intestine and gets activated in different parts of the gut where the bacteria need to be.

Up to you, but I wouldn’t personally go for soil-based organisms.

Berberine: A Vital Component Of CanXida Remove

What is berberine? Berberine is a chemical called an alkaloid.

It’s a very, very antimicrobial, and it’s found in specific types of plants with very bitter powerful actions.

One of my favorite ones, a liquid one, which I use in my clinic, is called goldenseal. It’s a beautiful plant that the native American Indians use for dying fabrics a nice golden

I love the bitter taste of berberine, in particular. There are also other kinds of herbs that we use. We’ve got berberis, which is called berberis vulgaris. We’ve got Oregon Grape, berberis aquifolium. And we’ve got golden thread, Coptis Chinensis.

The second names I’ve given you are the Latin names, the scientific names, which we should learn of all the plants, so we don’t get them confused.

Berberine is an excellent antimicrobial. I love this particular herb so much that I’ve put a standardized extract of it in my product, CanXida Remove.

Berberine and grapefruit seed extract I call shotguns.

I’ve not ever shot anything before, but from what I understand, when you shoot a shotgun, you get a broad action.

So if you’re shooting in the sky, you’re going to take out a couple of birds.

With a rifle, you’ve got to be much more specific, and it’s much more high powered, and it tends to have a particular target in mind.

A shotgun is broader action.

Related articles:

A rifle would be garlic or oregano, for example. Whereas, the berberine is more of a shotgun.

Berberine is a very effective anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial, and antifungal.

It’s wonderful. It’s bitter. It stimulates the liver, so it allows for bile secretions.

When toxic bile comes out, it softens the stool.

Berberine works on the mucous membranes in particular of the vagina, of the mouth, of the stomach, and the small bowel because it induces secretions of enzymes and also stimulates particular immune factors that kill fungi on contact.

People who take berberine regularly as an antifungal are going to have an excellent anti-Candida approach.

Don’t take an antifungal that doesn’t contain berberine. I don’t think it hits the mark.

So when you look at CanXida Remove, I’ve got two shotguns in there, and I’ve got several rifles all pointing toward various targets in the gut.

And this is why the product is so effective.

We had overwhelming feedback from people in over 100 countries that are using CanXida Remove, and the feedback has been consistently good.

They’re getting results with parasites. They’re getting results with harmful bacteria like SIBO. They’re getting results with irritable bowel syndrome.

They’re getting results with up to 19 types of Candida.

I’ve very pleased with this product. This is not aimed at pushing a product. I’m just trying to tell you that berberine is one of the most important antimicrobials you can use.

Don’t use berberine on its own for any more than two to three weeks because it’s too stimulatory.

Berberine works best in a blend, particularly with GSE, grapefruit seed extract, oregano, caprylic acid, undecylenic acid, clove, black walnut, and biotin.

That’s the formula I’ve just rattled off for CanXida Remove.

Check it out. It can make a real difference to your gut health.

Vaginal Thrush: How CanXida Restore Can Help

Vaginal thrush is quite common with many women that I’ve seen over the years as patients. Many women, at some stage in their life, will experience vaginal thrush. It can be quite embarrassing. There can be itching. There can be discharge.

It’s not uncommon for many women to experience this worse before their period and in different parts of their life cycle.

When they’re starting to menstruate, when they’re younger, or around about the time they have children. Various times depending on the estrogen levels.

It can be a big problem for people.

Remember that the vaginal area and the anal area are very close together. It’s very easy to transfer bacteria.

Candida in the gut is much more easily controlled and worked on than severe chronic vaginal thrush.

If you’re got a partner, and you’re intimate with a partner, you need to be careful of vaginal thrush.

Probiotics play a wonderful role in treating vaginal thrush. Because once you get the gut in really great shape, it’s much easier to transfer healthy

flora from one area to the other without the risk of moving yeast from one location to another.

People with healthy small intestine function, in my opinion, have got a much healthier vaginal area as well.

The small bowel is where digestion and absorption occur.

Healthy small intestine leads to overall excellent health, including female reproductive health.

Further readings:

A healthy gut also means less chance of leaky gut and contaminating the blood with crap from the diet. That’s going to mean you’re going to get less risk of food allergies and immune-stimulating issues as a result of impaired gut function.

Great gut, great health.

Great health, great reproductive health.

Common sense.

Lactobacillus is sometimes used by some women. They put it on tampons, and they insert that. It can be effective, but I don’t think it’s as effective as taking lactobacillus orally.

The best probiotics, in my opinion, are the most researched strains;

Lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus casei, bifida bacterium, and bifida longum. I also like lactobacillus acidophilus DDS1, which is one of my favorite strains.

Department of Dairy Science 1. One of the most researched of all lactobacilli. Over 25 years of research. About 100 scientific papers published and possibly the only lactobacillus based on a human strain of lactobacillus.

This is precisely why I put all of those probiotics into my formula CanXida Restore.

I also think it’s important that if you’re going to take a probiotic, it’s in a special capsule that can bypass the stomach.

Many probiotics get killed in the stomach because the pH is too low, so they don’t even survive the bypass. Most powders, waste of time.

Probiotic drinks, waste of time. Many people think that these foods actually get through there, but in many cases, they don’t.

Particularly with people like me with a very powerful functioning stomach that digests food very quickly.

For that reason, I like putting probiotics in a special capsule that’s bile and acid-resistant.

If you’re currently not taking a probiotic that is bile and acid resistant, a capsule, and you’ve got the correct scientific and validated strains, you’re probably pouring money down the sink.

Check out CanXida Restore for that reason.

My experience is that when women have vaginal thrush, and they eat the right foods, have the correct lifestyle, do an effective feminine hygiene protocol, and take a good probiotic like CanXida Restore, the outcome is very, very good.

CanXida Remove: An Effective Treatment For Candida Tropicalis

There are many different types of Candida, including Candida lusitaniae, Candida tropicalis, Candida parapsilosis, and Candida glabrata.

I see them all in my clinic because that’s my specialty.

Candida glabrata, for example, is not that common. Candida krusei, I see rarely.

Albicans makes up for about 50 percent or more. I would say that Tropicalis is about four to five percent.

My knowledge on this topic is based on my clinical experiences spanning 31 years and many thousands of yeast infected patients. But my understanding is also based on speaking to people that are far more expert than I am in mycology or fungal studies.

Candida tropicalis is more common in people involved in marine environments like swimming and oceans and eating a lot of seafood.

Tropicalis can be hard to eradicate. I find tropicalis harder to eradicate than Candida Albicans. The reason being, mainly, because it’s a “tropical” Candida.

People who live in the tropics have a more challenging time getting rid of Candida period, than people who live in Iceland or Greenland, where it’s a lot colder.

Part of the reason is the heat and humidity. The other part of the reason is their diet. Tropical diets tend to be higher in sweet fruits, spices, and sweet foods.

Biofilm is not something associated with Candida tropicalis.

Biofilms, in particular, are seen in people who’ve got multiple Candida species and many other bacteria and crappy diets that support biofilm production.

If you don’t want biofilm, eat well. Take anti-fungals and anti-microbials. Never drink alcohol if you’re going to avoid biofilms. Avoid pharmaceutical drugs if you’re going to prevent biofilms.

How do we eradicate tropicalis?

The same way we eradicate all the other 18 species of Candida I commonly see.

We take an anti-fungal. We take a diet that’s high in anti-fungal and anti-microbial foods.

We’re going to look at garlic in our diet. We’re going to look at ginger. We’re going to look at a lot of fresh herbs, particularly oregano, thyme, marjoram, and rosemary. All these woody herbs are excellent because they help to eradicate lots of different microbes from the body.

Clove and cinnamon are good spices for an anti-Candida diet.

We need to include the low sugar fruits for the first three months, and eventually, we can add more. We need to add plenty of vegetables to the diet that facilitates great fermentation and good bacteria in the small and large intestine, particularly in the ilium and in the colon.

These are ways to eradicate Candida tropicalis.

If you’ve got an incredibly bad Candida infection and multiple species and you live in the tropics, sometimes moving to a cooler climate, bang, infection gone!

CanXida Remove that I formulated in 2013, works fantastic with Candida tropicalis. I’ve had several favorable outcomes, which I’ve seen in pre- and post-stool testing, where we had a positive culture of 1 or 2+. We went to nil growth within three months, so you can defeat Candida tropicalis.

Look at a broad spectrum anti-microbial. Make sure that the anti-microbial has berberine in it.

Preferably oregano.

Preferably grapefruit seed extract.

Preferably undecylenic acid.

Preferably caprylic acid.

Preferably neem.

All the things that I like and use in my clinic.

I put them all in one tablet called CanXida Remove.

I found it effective against all 19 strains of Candida that I’ve come across in my clinic, including Candida tropicalis.

CanXida Restore: Helpling Your Gut Recover After Antibiotics

The question today is, “Can I take probiotics with antibiotics?”

Of course, you can do that, but why would you want to do that?

Why would you want to risk of killing off beneficial bacteria with a drug that’s designed to be antibiosis or anti-life?

It doesn’t make sense to me.

You’re better off finishing off the course of antibiotics and then going onto probiotics.

But why would you want to take an antibiotic in the first place?

Many people I see take them for crazy reasons. And then they take them again and again and again.

Over the course of seeing tens of thousands of people over the last 31 years, I’ve noticed that a considerable percentage of people who have never been well since taking antibiotics.

They take them again and again and again.

Why would they take them?

A recurring theme is for facial acne. A recurring theme is digestive discomfort. Some people take them as a precaution, which his crazy.

Why would you want to do that?

Taking a probiotic alongside an antibiotic doesn’t make much sense.

You want to finish the course first and then take the probiotic.

When you take the probiotic, please make sure that you include foods in your diet that support the encouragement and development of beneficial bacteria.

These are prebiotic foods.

Related articles:

What kind of foods are we talking about?

Healthy foods.

Green, leafy vegetables, in particular, the brassicas like broccoli and cauliflower. When I say that, you don’t need a whole plate full of broccoli. You might have a small amount to start with, or you could get a bit of bloating and gas. Spinach, green beans, asparagus, lettuce.

The list goes on and on.

Try not to fall for the hype of prebiotic inside capsules or powders. A lot of prebiotics supplements support bad bacterial fermentation.

You can get farting and bloating by having prebiotics.

I’m very careful to avoid prebiotics.

I just attended a show in Las Vegas, where I was very excited to find a particular prebiotic, which I am going to incorporate into one of my products.

After a lot of research, I think it’s going to hold the key. This prebiotic is going to be put in an extraordinary capsule that releases the prebiotic in a different part of the gut than the probiotic.

So it’s a brilliant and ingenious way to make sure that we’ve got targeted delivery of the pre and the pro.

Please make sure you eat the right foods if you’re taking probiotics.

There’s no point in taking a probiotic capsule and swallowing it down with a mouth full of vodka or beer or coca-cola.

Doesn’t make sense.

There’s no point in taking probiotics if you eat pizzas or if you eat crap food.

So, to reiterate.

Finish your course of antibiotics.

Take the probiotics.

You need to take them for a long time until you feel that they’ve really benefited your gut and got you to a very good state of health.

Check out CanXida Restore as a great source of probiotics. I created this product to restore the gut. It’s very effective after antibiotics because it also contains enzymes that allow the proper fermentation of food. It also includes six types of probiotics that encourage beneficial bacteria to come back again.

It’s designed to hit the spot exactly where you want those bacteria in the small intestine, in the large intestine, and it won’t get affected by bile or stomach acid.
