Why Is Magnesium Included in CanXida Rebuild?

Let’s talk about magnesium and Candida for a moment. Magnesium is a macro-mineral. It is one of the four major minerals found in the human body. Our body uses magnesium for over 300 types of enzyme systems.

Chances are you’re not getting enough magnesium if you’re eating a typical Western diet. It’s estimated that the average American takes in about 300 to 350 mg of magnesium per day. That’s not enough. You need at least 400 to 450 mg of magnesium per day for optimal bodily function.

Why is magnesium essential when it comes to Candida? It’s important because it helps detoxify the body of Candida. Candida produces several waste products, including ethanol, ammonia, uric acid, and a very toxic chemical called acetaldehyde.

Acetaldehyde has been linked to “brain fog.” It also impairs the ability of red blood cells to carry oxygen, which, in turn, reduces your thinking and cognitive function. This explains why some people with Candida feel like they have a hangover – it’s a symptom of acetaldehyde toxicity.

Acetaldehyde dehydrogenase is an enzyme that detoxifies acetaldehyde by breaking it down into a harmless substance called acetate. Acetaldehyde dehydrogenase requires magnesium to work effectively.

I once read a book called “The Paleolithic Prescription.” It explained that back in the 1700 and 1800s, people were consuming 2,000 to 3,000 milligrams per day of magnesium. I can remember reading a book. Diets back then provided nutrition to keep people energized and able to do physical work for long hours each day. The diets back then had lots of calcium, lots of magnesium, and lots of selenium. Soils back then contained a lot of essential minerals. Now, with modern farming methods, soils have become depleted. That’s why people are lucky to get 300 to 400 milligrams per day of magnesium in their diet.

Magnesium doesn’t cause die-off – it accelerates detoxification.

If you have plenty of magnesium in your body, you’re going to feel far more vital than the average person.

If you’ve been deficient for a while and suddenly you pump heaps of magnesium into the body, you may end up feeling terrible for a time. Suddenly, your body can carry out a lot more toxins from the system.

I put magnesium in CanXida Rebuild because most people are magnesium deficient. CanXida Rebuild is the only multi I know of with a back end that’s anti-microbial. You can take one every day for years and slowly keep the level of Candida, parasites, and harmful bacteria in your gut at bay.

Vegan Diets And Candida: An Introduction

I’ve been asked before whether a high-carb, low-fat, vegan diet will effective for Candida eradication.

My short answer is no, and I don’t think it is at al the best diet for achieving gut health. A high-carb diet is count to what we are trying to achieve. I don’t recommend a diet that is high/low of anything. I recommend a common-sense diet.

I am definitely against crazy, fad diets. I’m not referring to veganism when I make that statement. I think following a vegan diet is a very honorable way to eat. But, I don’t think it’s the best approach for me. It may be perfectly fine for someone else.

High-carb diets can cause problems because it often means the diet is low in protein. I consider protein essential for Candida eradication. Moderate to high levels of protein, high levels of good fats, and moderate levels of carbs is my preferred combination.

I believe that low-fat, high-carb diets interfere with natural satiety. This kind of diet will leave you very hungry, which puts you at risk of grabbing junk food. You could find yourself eating a lot more chocolate than usual. You could be having drinks with too much sugar in them because you want a bit of a pickup or need a boost.

A meal such as salmon, steamed broccoli, and asparagus is an excellent meal for Candida eradication. It contains protein, fats, minerals, and carbs.

In my opinion, many vegan people don’t eat enough or the right kind of protein. When this happens, a person can end up hungry and weak. There is also the risk of not getting enough B12 or vitamin D.

I have had several vegan patients who were not able to eradicate a chronic vaginal yeast infection or chronic jock itch. Some of these people have had the problem for years. These clients weren’t able to get on top of their yeast infections until they agreed to add more protein to their diet.

I honestly don’t think that a high carb/low fat is the way to go to eradicate Candida or to eradicate parasites or bad bacteria. I don’t think it’s the way to go to get your digestive system in top shape.

Once you’ve eradicated bugs and you’re in an excellent level of health, you can start heading towards a vegan diet.

What To Do If You Have Low Gut Iga

Your body makes several different antibodies, including IgA, IgG, and IgM. IgA is probably the most abundant antibody produced by your immune system.

I have done some previous videos on secretory IgA. About five, six, or seven thousand milligrams is made per day of secretory IgA. This significant amount is secreted into the lumen of the small intestine. This antibody is quite important as it acts like the antibody version of airport security.

If a pathogen is seen in the gut, all of these “airport security” guards are going to show up.

Very high amounts of secretory IgA will alert you that there’s something not really rightin the gut. Something is upsetting the digestive system, and antibodies are made and secreted and pushed in large amounts to particular areas where they can up trigger an inflammatory response.

This can create sore spots sometimes or tender points for people in the gut.

What do we do when we have a low IgA? How do we boost the numbers up?

This is where I talk about my 4 R method, remove, replace, re-inoculate, and repair. I wrote about this in my book, and you can read about it in Candida Crusher on page 113 and 114.

To start taking the “bad guys out,” you need to what is lurking in your gut. That’s why I suggest starting the process with a comprehensive stool analysis. Then you can use CanXida Remove to get rid of any problematic gut pathogens. CanXida Remove targets many different species of Candida. It also targets dysbiotic flora, bad bacteria, and parasites.

Whatever product you use to eradicate the unhealthy bugs in your gut, always consider a broad-spectrum product. That’s a much better approach than taking six or seven individual supplements.

Once you have eradicated the problem, you want to start on replacement. You need to tidy up the area and improve the body’s supply of digestive enzymes.

CanXida Restore is a probiotic enzyme formula that works very well with CanXida Remove. CanXida Restore helps digestion to become more efficient. It should reduce bloating, gut, and abdominal discomfort while improving nutrient absorption, energy, and overall wellbeing. CanXida Restore also improves bowel motions by improving colonic fermentation.

Next is re-inoculation. The goal of this state is to put good bugs, such as lactobacillus, back into the gut. Have healthy levels of good bugs is associated with boosting levels of secretory IgA.

The re-inoculation part is especially important because what we’re trying to do now is boost up the count of beneficial lactobacillus in the upper gut, and the count of bifidobacteria in the lower gut.

Remove, replace, re-inoculate, and then we’re going to repair.

We’re going to give you CanXida Rebuild that repairs. You keep taking the CanXida Restore, which keeps seeding the gut with good bugs. It’s also got the enzymes that facilitate the breakdown of the new, improved diet you’re on.

CanXida Rebuild is a multi with a nice back end of antimicrobials. At this point, you can reduce the CanXida Remove and keep taking Rebuild. Many of my patients take CanXida Rebuild for one or two years or even ongoing. I know they’re a bit on the big and bulky side, you can crush them up, but they work fantastic.

Is Immune Dysfunction A Risk Factor For Candida?

Does having a lowered immune system increase the risk of Candida?

A lowered immune system can make you susceptible to a whole range of different diseases.

Bacterial infections, parasitic infections, viral infections, and Candida infections are more likely to occur if your immune system isn’t functioning at its peak.

When your resistance drops, your susceptibility increases. That makes you a sitting duck for a whole lot of different illnesses.

Lowered immune systems are often caused by stress of some sort. Sometimes the stress is a result of spending too much time on screen, including social media. Screen “addiction” can get int the way of healthy behaviors like eating healthy, sleeping enough, being physically active, and going to the bathroom as appropriate.

Other sources of stress that can influence your immune system include not liking your job, poor relationships, and housing that doesn’t suit your needs.

Related articles:

There are many reasons why you can have a lowered immune system. My recommendation is to try and work out why your immune system is low.

When I was in my 20s, I had a shift work job, working rotating shifts around the clock. I also lived

in a crappy old home that was prone to flooding when it rained, so that was a lot of stress for me.

All of those factors lowered my immune system, which is one of the reasons I got Candida.

If you’ve got Candida, try to understand that when your susceptibility is high, and your resistance is low, stress usually underpins that problem.

It’s up to you to determine what that pivotal stress is in your life and try to address it, so you can make the immune system more powerful. A robust immune system will help you to nail Candida much quicker than just swallowing a bunch of pills.

Does Candida Cause Palpitations?

I’ve certainly noticed many people going through Candida cleansing phases have emailed me or contacted me on follow up consultations complaining about a racing heart.

There are many reasons why this could potentially happen. With very severe yeast infections, the toxins produced by Candida and the ability of magnesium to deal with these toxins may influence heart rhythm. Candida makes many toxins like ammonia, urea, and gliotoxin. There are many poisons that Candida can secret in its dying phase or reproducing phase.

Magnesium is very important because it helps to stimulate an enzyme called aldehyde dehydrogenase (AD). AD helps break down a common Candida toxin called acetaldehyde.

Acetaldehyde can make you feel pretty dull in the head. It can also cause a crushing sensation when your head feels like it’s in a vice. That sort of dull cotton ball feeling in the head when you wake up in the morning. There’s no clarity there. Acetaldehyde commonly does that. Anyone who has had too much alcohol to drink the night before will know that feeling.

Magnesium is very crucial for the ability to detoxify aldehyde. Magnesium deficiency can cause heart problems. People with sufficient levels of magnesium in the body, who are having 400 or 500 milligrams per day, for example, don’t usually get arrhythmias or palpitations or heart problems. If we look at calcium and magnesium, calcium helps control the rate and force of the heart’s contractions. Magnesium relaxes the heart. Calcium helps to stimulate the heart, so they work well together.

Related articles:

There’s also a drug called a “calcium channel blocker” that blocks the influx of calcium ion into the heart cells. That can help to relax the heart and slow

it down. In my opinion, people should take magnesium instead of taking something to block a mineral from allowing the heart to contract properly.

If you have Candida and are experiencing palpitations, talk to your doctor about whether magnesium would help. You can also look at CanXida Rebuild, which includes many minerals including magnesium.

You can also eat foods that are high in magnesium like pumpkins seed, brazil nuts, almonds, and green leafy vegetables like spinach.

One to two thousand milligrams of omega-3 fish oils per day can also be useful for heart health.

Managing your stress can also help keep your heart healthy. High levels of the stress hormone cortisol can amp up the heart rate considerably. Slow, relaxed, deep breathing can help manage palpitations in some cases.
