Once you’ve completed a Candida cleanse, take the time to remind yourself why you did the cleanse in the first place. Likely you did the cleanse because you wanted to get rid of your symptoms. You wanted a better quality of life.
Now that you’re done, what are you going to do? Are you going back to eating takeout again? Are you upping the amount of wine and beer you’re drinking? Maybe, you plan on staying up late again?
It doesn’t make any sense to go back to the behaviors that contributed to the downfall of your health in the first place. You made an effort to take your health into your own hands, and you need to keep on that path. Continue to take responsibility for your own actions by refusing to drink too much alcohol, eat crappy food, or abuse your body in another way.

When it comes to your diet and lifestyle, ask yourself, “How is this going to affect me in five, ten, twenty years down the track?”. What you sow, you will reap. If you look after your health, you will reap the benefits for years to come. Nurture your health, exercise regularly, drink plenty of fresh water, protect your sleep, and eat whole, healthy foods. All those habits are common sense and will help maintain all the benefits you gained from the Candida cleanse.
I strongly advise against going back to old habits and then turning to antibiotics or other conventional medicines to make things better. You’ve invested time in a cleanse, consider that the starting point of staying well without relying on pharmaceuticals.
You need to really think carefully about what you want in the future. What type of future do you want? It’s all up to you.
