There may be such a thing as a quick Candida cleanse, but it’s not the sort of cleanse I recommend.
A quick cleanse sounds like a fast, cheap wedding or a greasy and quick takeout meal. That’s not the kind of meal I’d like to eat.
If you’re looking for something fantastic to happen very quickly, then my advice is probably not what you want. I’ve never seen health improve quickly. Some people think that a cleanse is like going to Las Vegas or winning the lottery. You pay your money, and a lot more money comes out. Everything is fantastic.
Sad to say, but nothing good happens that quickly. It takes time to develop good health. I must have done at least ten videos on this topic. Anyone who tells you that they can work with you and make sure you have a fast cleanse, is giving you the wrong kind of advice.

It can take weeks and weeks, even months or years, to build good health. It can take a year for your gut to be restored, particularly if it’s been messed up by antibiotics. I can’t see it being possible to achieve excellent health in a short amount of time.
Everyone needs to cleanse at the right pace for their ability and situation. My general advice is not to jump into a cleanse headfirst and take on too much, too soon. If you go too hard with a Candida cleanse, you can find yourself with a lot of side effects that leave you feeling fatigued and sick. Why put yourself through something like that?
A slow and steady cleanse is what I’ve seen work with my clients for over twenty years. I can’t imagine suggesting a fast Candida cleanse to anyone.
