The Bowel Purge Protocol

One of the products I recommend for a bowel purge is Colozone. The best way to take Colozone is before you go to bed at night. Put about 1 tsp of the Colozone in a half glass of water. Stir it, drink it, and go to bed. Generally, you will find yourself making a beeline to the bathroom as soon as you wake up in the morning. You will have a loose motion and sometimes another one around 30 minutes later. However, you won’t be pooping all day long. Bowel purges don’t work like that unless you have a tremendous amount to eat and drink the day before.

Generally, you need to do this every night for about 7 to 10 days. If you’re someone who has a history of bowel problems, you can use the Colozone every night for a week and then every other night for an additional week. Undertaking this type of purge cleans out the bowel thoroughly and allows further work to be done. The idea is that you are cleaning up the entire gut by following this protocol. As I wrote in my book, a bowel purge creates a “dumping syndrome” that eliminates massive amounts of Candida and harmful bacteria. By doing a bowel purge regularly, you can make sure the bad bacteria don’t come back in full force. Once the bowel has been cleaned out, you can start the Candida Crusher Protocol.

Of course, along with harmful bacteria, bowel purging also results in the loss of beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacteria. That’s why when you’ve finished the Colozone treatment, I highly recommend starting CanXida Restore. This product contains the beneficial bacteria that you want to re-introduce to your gut. CanXida Remove and CanXida Restore complement each other beautifully. CanXida Remove will stop the bad bacteria from quickly recolonizing your gut. We’ve had both CanXida Restore and CanXida Remove on the market for several years, and the feedback has been fantastic when it comes to using these products in conjunction with a bowel purge.
