My book has a section that will help you decide whether you need to go gluten-free or not. The book also includes a discussion about the link between gluten and Candida. You will likely notice some disparity between my videos and the content of my book. The reason for this is that the information I provide in the book is generalized. It doesn’t relate specifically to one person.

Generalized information is precisely that, generalized. Most people can tailor information to suit their own needs. If you’re the type of person who finds it hard to apply general information to your health-related circumstances, I would recommend seeing a practitioner in person. That way you can be sure that the information given is a good fit for your specific health needs.
