Passing gas is normal. People pass gas because they have tons of bacteria in their gut that are busy with fermentation.
There are different types of fermentation. There is dysbiotic fermentation, allergic fermentation, and fermentative that occurs in response to a protein load. The latter can result in quite offensive flatulence, especially if you have gallbladder or liver problems.
Passing gas becomes a problem when there’s too much of it, it’s highly malodorous, and it happens at inappropriate times or places. Most people will pass gas when they’re lying down, as a consequence of moving from vertical to horizontal. It’s quite normal.
If you have more flatulence than usual, look carefully at the foods and combination of foods you’re eating. Are you having something sweet after a main meal, or with a main meal? Do you have too much sugar in your diet? Are you having too much fruit or starchy foods in your diet? Did you do a stool test and determine whether you had a low level of beneficial bacteria?
Too much yeast, too much dysbiotic or imbalanced flora, and not enough beneficial flora, are all linked with an overabundance of intestinal gas. Beneficial gut flora like lactobacillus and bifidobacteria improve fermentation. They are very important for good health.

Too much flatulence is also associated with poor eating habits. A weak stomach and poor pancreatic function are other causes of bloating and farting.
Check out the green-labeled CanXida product, CanXida Restore. It works quite well for bloating and excessive fermentation. CanXida Restore will help break down food properly and help increase beneficial bacteria levels.
By using CanXida Restore and cutting down the animal fats in your diet, you can often significantly reduce the amount of malodorous flatulence. Reduce the amount of red meat you eat and substitute fish and chicken.
I also recommend improving the function of your liver and gallbladder. It can be hard to digest food properly if those organs aren’t working well.
Using an excellent antimicrobial product like CanXida Remove in conjunction with an excellent probiotic enzyme mix like CanXida Restore can significantly reduce smelly intestinal gas. Just be mindful that it can take a few weeks or more to have an impact.
