Is Vagisil Any Good For Candida

Is Vagisil any good for candida? So Vagisil, the cream that women often use, some guys are known to use it, but it contains a small percentage of an anesthetic, likely benzocaine, I think it is in there. And there’s also an antiseptic kind of agent in there. Just a couple of percent, just trying to read the name on that, Resorcinol, or not Veritrol, but something quite tricky like that. A compound that’s made and it’s the same compound that’s used in Clearasil, in fact, in acne treatment. So it makes you wonder why you’d use it, sort of there and there kind of thing. So, a lot of people claim to get good effects with it. I really don’t think it’s the right way to go for a yeast infection, a vaginal yeast infection.

It pays really to try and find out where the causes are coming from, rather than just applying bandaids all the time to treat the symptoms. It will work symptomatically, but it’s going to do nothing for the cause. And that’s the thing. So you can get a very successful vaginal yeast infection treatment, not necessarily by using these sort of products, but by looking more at your diet and at your lifestyle and also the clothing you wear and many other factors. So please check out the playlists on Living Yeast infections on this channel, because there’s extensive amount of videos I’ve made on vaginal yeast infections on how to fix them up. So, they can be fixed up within three to six months in most cases. The really, really bad ones can take eight months to one year and we’re talking thrush or vaginal yeast infection cases that have gone on for 10, 20 years with these sort of creams, can be cleared up in 12 months.

I’ve never seen a case yet that can’t be cleared up, but I’ve met many people who don’t think they can clear it up and keep resorting back to these kind of products like Vagisil. Which you don’t really need, right? You may want to use them sort of symptomatically, if you’re traveling or something, but you’re far better off ditching this sort of stuff and looking at a natural way to get rid of this problem, 100% once and for all, by looking for the causes and you’ll find them.

Is Flaxseed Good For Gut Health Benefits Of Flaxseed For Gut Health

I’ve spoken many times about flaxseed. What’s the benefits of flaxseed really, for gut health? Are there any benefits for eating flaxseed? Well, there’s tons of benefits for eating flaxseed. Flaxseed is a crop that’s likely probably the first crop ever grown. I mean it goes back, there are reports of if you go back five, 6000 years ago, people were consuming flax. The Egyptians grew a lot of flax. They grew it, of course, for cloth. They made linen, flax linen out of the fiber out of it, so it was revered. Even the mummies, a lot of people actually are wrapped up in linen cloth. So, it saw them through their life as well as their death. So it’s amazing. Lots of people talk about the omega-3 content of flaxseed when in fact it doesn’t really contain omega-3, it contains alpha-linolenic acid, which is a precursor to omega-3 so it can get built into an omega-3 compound.

But to do so, it has to work through a particular pathway where it will need vitamin B6 and it will need other nutrients to turn into an omega-6. So, I don’t necessarily think it’s an omega-3 supplement. But alpha-linolenic acid has many, many benefits for the body nevertheless. A lot of anti-inflammatory benefits in particular. But flax is a good source, flaxseed, of calcium magnesium, selenium, phosphorus, and various other minerals as well. And it also contains stuff called lignans, which is a kind of estrogen mimicking compound, so it’s used a lot also successfully for premenstrual syndrome and things like that. And for menopausal symptoms it works well. Linseed, sunflower, almond, L-S-A, is a good mix. It’s very good for the gut because it contains fiber. The key thing about flaxseed is the fiber content.

So, research. You can probably read some studies online and the mouse and rat studies, I believe, where they fed mice, the fiber. And what they were quite surprised with was it had an interesting effect on preventing obesity. So the fiber does fill people up, but it also triggers various types of groups of bacteria, good bacteria to grow in large amounts and they confer a lot of benefit on the people, on the consumer. They even have appetite controlling, that kind of benefit about. So yeah, I’m a big fan of flax. I think it should be part of everyone’s diet. It can be used in a smoothie, the flaxseed, you can even make muffins. So, check out the blueberry muffin recipe online. Blueberry, I think it’s blueberry and flaxseed muffin recipe. It’s got honey in it. It’s an excellent recipe. It’s got spelt flour in it, it’s a really good one.

But yeah, there are many, many ways you can consume the flax. The oil is, the linseed oil is a really nice oil to consume. It’s a great one. I really like the taste of that. It’s quite nice for sort of really light or shallow sort of cooking. It’s got a nice golden color and a beautiful taste. But if you’ve got constipation, this is the stuff to have, flaxseed oil in your diet, oil and seed, same. Flax and Linseed’s the same thing. The oil, I would recommend you consume that regularly, and also the powder or the ground flaxseed. Fantastic for getting the bowel working really well. Good for bloating. Make sure you have plenty of water in your diet, but two or three tablespoons of the flax over a several month period, you watch what happens. You’ll get incredible benefit from that. Thanks for tuning in.

Can Children Take CanXida Restore And Rebuild

A question I get asked so often is CanXida Restore and the CanXida Rebuild supplements be taken by children? So let’s look at the CanXida lineup of products here. We’ve got the Restore of course, the green labeled Restore. This is the enzyme probiotic. We’ve got the Rebuild, which is the multi. And then of course we got the Remove, which is the cleansing product. It basically cleans up the gut. All three supplements can be used by children. However, you need to look carefully at the dosages of these supplements when it comes to kids. For example, if we look at Remove, it’s a perfect supplement for many people really to get their gut in a really good state of cleanse. So for a child, if you were looking at a very small child, anything under five, you need to be quite careful. But you can slice these tablets up into three, four pieces, not a problem.

Some people crush, Remove and Rebuild for example, and just take a pinch of that and mix that in with food. That can be done for children, not a problem. The bigger the child, the older the child, of course the more you can dose up. So once you’ve got a say between five to seven year old, quite a robust child, you could probably look at a half a tablet, not a problem for the type of child. Cut it up into pieces or make it fine. It does not taste great. That’s the only problem. So mixing in with a tiny little bit of honey, a wee bit of honey or a little bit of mashed, some type of food can sometimes mask the taste on it. I know some people who’ve told me they’d actually pureed some fruits up and mixed it in with that. So there’s many ways you can get it in.

So yeah, it all depends on the size. So the tablets are easy actually to cut up with a proper tablet cutter. And of course when your child gets older, you can give them one per day. The Rebuild is a big chunky tablet. I didn’t want a lot of compression behind that to make it really small. I wanted to keep it in a more of a natural form, so I would cut the Rebuild tablet probably in three or four pieces and see how that goes for a swallow. For a child that shouldn’t be really a problem. When the child gets a bit older, of course it won’t be an issue.

CanXida Restore’s a bit different though because it’s a capsule. So you can open the capsule up, but it doesn’t work as well if you open as it would if you kept it in that capsule because it is a particular type of capsule, a slow release, which slowly opens up when it’s well inside the gut. So you want to get these probiotics down as far as you can and that’s the whole idea about Restore. But I do know several patients with children that have opened up the capsule and sprinkled it in yogurt or mixed it in with food. That can work too, but again the enzymes could be a bit strong tasting in the mouth. So you need to be careful with that for children. Once you set up that issue where they don’t like the taste of it, you could get a bit of resistance there.

But Restore is not a problem for children also. And particularly between the five to seven age group, they can often take one capsule with a main meal. Not a problem at all, but younger than that you need to open the capsule up. I would say little child and then you sprinkle a little bit on food and just play it by ear. See how it goes. You’d only do one or two doses over a few days and just see what the reaction of the digestive system is like. If it’s favorable, you can proceed. If not, you need to back off so you don’t push children too hard. Okay, it’s not a good idea with any kind of supplement to do that.

Of course with older children, they should have no problem in swallowing the capsules or tablets in their entirety. It’s just with the young ones, you’ll have to cut them up. But they are suitable. Babies, not a good idea. Not great idea to give these supplements to a lady who is nursing, breastfeeding not a great idea. Also for pregnancy, not ideally supplements to be used during pregnancy, but preferably after the child’s born. And also to be an element of caution naturally there, because if the mother is nursing, breastfeeding, it’s not really good.

I don’t usually like a lot of supplements used at that time. I prefer to rely more on food. I think that’s a smarter idea, but the supplements have their place and they can be used by a lot of people and they have been used by a lot of families and around the world. So don’t be afraid to use it on children. Just be cautious and go in slow and look at the dose of course, and the age. You don’t need a lot of the CanXida product with a child at all. Okay? Just small amounts. Give it a go.

Is It Possible To Have Parasites Crawling Under My Skin And In My Brain

I don’t know, every time I see the same weird replies and weird sort of comments on YouTube about parasites. People have got this thing, I don’t know what they’re smoking or what kind of science fiction movies they’re watching, but it must be quite interesting. “Is it possible that parasites are crawling under my skin?” Lots of people who take the parasite quiz that we’ve got up, they comment on this. “I feel like I’ve got bugs crawling all over my scalp. I’ve got worms crawling in my ears and I’ve got snakes crawling in my brain.” That’s another one. “My skin has little black seeds under my skin. It feels like something crawling in my face.” I mean, what’s all this crawling business? They’ve been watching Alien too much or something with those creatures.

Okay. It doesn’t mean to say you got worms crawling all over your body. You’re not Sigourney Weaver in Alien, I can tell you now. All right? There’s all sorts of sensations that you can feel. I mean, all of us at some stage have felt something crawling in our ear or something wriggling around our neck or our skin. I mean I get these sort of sensations regularly like everyone else does. All kinds of reasons why you can get these sensations. I mean for goodness sakes, you’re living being. You’ve got millions of living beings crawling all over your body. You’ve got billions of bacteria just all over your face everywhere. All sorts of sensations can be felt with the skin. It’s not abnormal to feel this.

But people’s imaginations really run away from them. I could probably create a whole song with all of these, basically catchphrases of people. Bugs and things like this, I really don’t know where it’s all coming from. But I think there’s a ton of great imagination out there because I can assure you, you don’t really have creatures underneath your skin where you can actually see them moving underneath. This doesn’t happen. I mean, sure, weird and rare things can happen in some countries, especially tropical countries, but the average person living in New York City or LA isn’t going to be experiencing snakes crawling around their brain and things like that. I don’t know, there’s a lot of funny stuff going on out there, but I can assure you most of this is just a load of bunkum. It’s just a load of nonsense. Okay?

I’ve got a feeling some of this could be also mineral imbalances because if you have a problem with calcium, magnesium for example, or potassium and sodium, you can sometimes feel weird sensations. There could be muscle and nerve sensations. There could also be digestive sensations you’re feeling. But I very much doubt that it’s going to be some creature, like something from another planet that’s actually wriggling through your bloodstream. It’s almost like the alien implants, that people actually think they’ve been operated on and had some type of an iPhone device put inside them. I don’t know. Tinfoil hat people maybe. Don’t know.

I don’t know what to say to this one. “Is it possible that parasites are under the skin?” Scabies is possible. Yeah, scabies can be on the skin, but not under the skin. So yeah, “It feels like bugs crawling on my scalp.” Could be dandruff, could be dry scalp, could be anything, but I don’t think it’s a bug. I want you guys to relax out there and stop freaking out so much about these creatures, okay? Maybe it’s a sci-fi channel you’re watching. I don’t know. Take care anyway.

Body Weight And Digestive Health: What’s The Connection?

Can digestive enzyme problems result in weight loss? Absolutely, very much so, and it’s something I’ve seen for many years with many people.

Digestive enzymes are of critical importance to maintaining a healthy metabolic rate and ensuring appropriate appetite regulation. Proper digestion and absorption of nutrients rely on an adequate supply of digestive enzymes. When your digestive enzymes and GI tract are in working order, your tissues can rebuild, your energy levels are high, you can sleep well, your libido is healthy, and every aspect of your health benefits.

If your pancreas isn’t producing a sufficient supply of digestive enzymes, a lot of symptoms can emerge. You may have diarrhea or constipation, your appetite may go down, you may have foul-smelling, greasy stools, and your weight may decrease. Absorption of fat-soluble vitamins can be impaired when digestive enzymes are low. The resulting deficiencies can lead to a whole host of other symptoms, including easy bruising, photophobia (sensitivity to light), night blindness, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, red scaly skin, and bone pain to name a few.

As the body becomes more and more malnourished, it becomes too skinny to maintain an appropriate metabolic rate. Some people even develop an aversion to food as a result of their symptoms. It’s hard to force yourself to eat when you know it’s going to trigger abdominal pain.

Although most people want to lose weight, some people would like to put on some weight. Having a generous supply of digestive enzymes and eating a healthy diet will help build a good microbiome and an efficient GI tract. When you have your microbiome and digestive system sorted out, both things will help you arrive at a healthy weight. For some people, that may mean losing some weight. For others, it means gaining some weight. The point is that a healthy gut makes it a lot easier for the body to finds its sweet spot – the set point – that will keep you happy and healthy.
