Seborrheic Dermatitis: What You Need To Know

Seborrheic dermatitis is quite a common condition. It’s estimated that about six million people in the USA have seborrheic dermatitis.

It’s very easy to get seborrheic dermatitis mixed up with psoriasis. Many doctors get confused themselves. I urge you to take a look at Google images to get some sense of how seborrheic dermatitis presents.

Many of psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis clients I have seen have periods when the skin is not so bad and times when their skin is much worse. There are several possible triggers for a skin rash flare-up:

1. Emotional stress and depression: Numerous studies have demonstrated that skin conditions can be triggered by the stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol is one of the key hormones involved in increasing and decreasing inflammation. The adrenals produce cortisol in response to any stressful event. Trauma, depression, and anxiety can all be real triggers for pro-inflammatory levels of cortisol in your body.

2. Poor sleep: Fatigue and lack of sleep can trigger a flare of a skin condition.

3. Immune disrupting factors: Steroids, antibiotics, or other medications may be a causative factor for seborrheic dermatitis. There are seven or eight drugs associated with psoriasis. That is also probably valid for

seborrheic dermatitis. If you’re on medication and then develop a skin rash, alert your doctor to this possible side effect.

4. Systemic infections: For example, Lyme disease, Candida, SIBO, viral infections, and parasitic infection can wreck your immune system and allow seborrheic dermatitis to surface.

5. Exposure to certain conditions in the workplace. Exposure to chemicals at work can increase the incidence of skin conditions. It may be that the workplace is too drying or too moist, leaving your skin vulnerable to a variety of disorders.

Take a good look at these possible causative factors. If any of them seem relevant, you need to take steps to address the triggers.

The Candida Crusher Approach to Gallstone Management

If you are having abdominal or back pain that appears to be from gallstones, the first thing I recommend doing is a liver flush. My book, Candida Crusher, has handy information about liver cleansing and gallbladder flushing.

Many people say that the liver and gallbladder flush is nonsense, that it’s soap stones you’re passing. This is false. I found some excellent studies online that support the fact that during a liver/gallbladder flush, you pass out real gallstones. I found an interesting study published in The British Medical Journal from i985 in which a doctor reported that he did gallbladder flushes with his patients. He then took the stones that were passed to a laboratory, cut them open, and confirmed that they were stones. I’ve seen gallstones myself.

A gallbladder flush is best attempted after you’ve cleaned up your diet for a few weeks. You should be on a lighter, healthier diet for a few weeks because it’s not a good idea to go from pop and French fries to a detox.

Related articles:

Anyone going on a gallbladder flush needs to avoid a diet high in sweets and the wrong kinds of fats. Those foods clog the gallbladder. Do a cleansing diet for about two weeks. When you’ve completed the cleanse, you can prepare your body even more by drinking apple juice and eating two or three green apples per day. I find that this approach works quite well. Rolled oats for breakfast is also fine but don’t have burgers, fries, or pizza if you’re preparing for a gallbladder flush.

Once you’re prepared to start, follow the instruction for a liver and gallbladder flush that you’ll find on my YouTube channel. In that video I provide even more details. The short story is that you need about 300 milliliters of olive oil and about the same amount of lemon juice. Mix the two liquids together, pour the mixture into a tall container, pop in a straw, and sip that drink at about six or seven o’clock in the evening. After you finish,

have a nice warm bath to relax your body, and make it an early night. When you wake up in the morning, you’ll need to make a beeline for the bathroom.

A few words of caution: I would never, ever recommend a gallbladder flush in your moving your bowels less than once a day. If that’s the case, get that fixed up first, or you could end up with a lot of discomfort during the flush.

Using Canxida Products To Treat Helicobacter Pylori

I am always trying to find better treatments with higher success rates and fewer side effects. One of the protocols I’ve worked on quite extensively is a Helicobacter pylori treatment plan.

I’ve developed a protocol for Helicobacter pylori that I’d want people to try. I have already found that it worked well for several of my clients. I worked better than many other treatment protocols I’ve tried previously.

The protocol is really quite simple. You will need some aloe vera, some colloidal silver, and some CanXida Remove. I also recommend using CanXida Restore.

Further reading:

Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and mix it with 30 ml of colloidal silver. You should take this mixture three times a day, half an hour before eating. I recommend using 99% pure aloe vera juice. Forever Living is quite a good brand of aloe vera juice. The colloidal silver should be at least 10 parts per million and make sure to buy a reputable brand.

When you get up in the morning, take your first 60 ml of the aloe vera juice/colloidal silver mix. Do the same before lunch and supper. Continue that routine for a good three to four weeks.

At the same time, you should be taking CanXida Remove and CanXida Restore with your meals. Using this protocol, you will be treating the gut both at meals time and between meals.

At the same time, I want you to follow the advice in the H. pylori videos which I’ve posted on YouTube. Between the protocol and the information I provide in the videos, I think you’ll do quite well.

Oats: A Healthy Breakfast Option

I often get asked by clients and viewers whether it is okay to eat oats. Some people are under the mistaken impression that oats are bad for your health or that they contain a lot of gluten. They assume that they have to avoid eating oats if they want to avoid damaging their GI tract.

Let’s dispel a few of these myths. Oats are, in fact, one of the healthiest foods you can eat. They don’t contain any gluten. If there is any gluten in a package of oats, it is for one of two reasons. One, the oats were package in a factory that also packages gluten-containing grain or two, the field of oats was contaminated with gluten-containing grains. When either of these two scenarios happens, the gluten-containing grains get mixed in with the oats resulting in a small amount of gluten in the package of oatmeal.

If you’re not celiac, you can eat oats. If you’re gluten-sensitive you shouldn’t have a problem with oats because if you’re not celiac, you can’t be that sensitive to gluten.

Oats are fantastically good for your health. They contain several compounds with beneficial effects. Oats contain beta-glucans, a type of soluble fiber. Oats also contain a polyphenol antioxidant called avenanthramides that is linked with several health benefits. The prebiotic fiber found in oats is good for the colon. The prebiotic results in more beneficial bifidobacteria and less bloating and gas.

There are studies linking oats to a smaller waist circumference, low BMI, and stable blood sugar. Oats are also associated with lower cholesterol levels and lower blood pressure. After seeing patients for over thirty years, I’ve noticed that the people with the longest lifespans eat rolled or steel-cut oats every morning.

Oats are absolutely okay to eat, even if you have Candida. But please don’t eat the sugary, artificially flavored oats that come in little packages. If you’re going to eat oats, make sure they are wholegrain oats with no added sugar.

Cook the oats in plain, filtered water. I have a good gut, so I can afford to put a little Manuka honey on my oats. I also add a few tablespoons of fresh berries from my

garden. That has been my breakfast every single morning for many, many years. I highly recommend giving it a try.

As always, if any food, including oats, aggravates your gut, swap it out for something else. There are all sorts of other healthy breakfast options, including eggs, steamed vegetables, or fish.

Testicular Pseudomonas Aeruginosa: Does Canxida Help?

One of my viewers wrote in after the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa was found on semen analysis. Unfortunately, this gentleman has previously been treated with the antibiotic levofloxacin, which, in his words, “totally destroyed” him. He developed leaky gut and gut dysbiosis after the antibiotic treatment. The gentleman went on to improve his diet and take several natural compounds, including curcumin, garlic, clove oil, oregano oil, echinacea, chlorella, and barley grass. And yet, he was still struggling with testicular pain. As a result, his doctor wanted to prescribe more antibiotics. This viewer was very hesitant to undergo a second round of antibiotics. He was hoping I might be able to make some natural treatment suggestions.

Some people, including some doctors, will tell you horror stories about natural medicines but then prescribe levofloxacin, which has been linked to severe side effects, including death

Fortunately, Pseudomonas aeruginosa responds very well to grapefruit seed extract (GSE). I suggest getting some GSE from Nutribiotic, an excellent brand of supplements. A two-ounce bottle of GSE should be enough. Start with five drops once per day and then slowly build up to 15 drops three times per day. You can even take 20 drops three times per day. GSE does not affect beneficial bacteria.

Articles related:

You can enhance the therapeutic effects of GSE by adding some CanXida products. Take both CanXida Remove and CanXida Restore two to three times a day. I created CanXida especially for chronic cases of Pseudomonas, Citrobacter, Klebsiella, and other harmful bacteria.

In addition to supplements, a healthy diet is essential when treating Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Avoid sugar and alcohol. Keep an eye on your adrenal gland function. It’s crucial to have a robust immune system to respond to the Pseudomonas.

Don’t forget that a healthy lifestyle is vital to recovery. You need to get lots of sleep and reduce your stress levels. If you are unhappy at work or in your relationship, you need to make some changes.

In my opinion, the aspect of health that is most overlooked in natural medicine is lifestyle. Recovery is not just about what grain you’re eating or what supplements you take. It’s also about your sleep, your ability to relax, your stress levels, and your physical activity. I try and instill in my clients that these are the factors that genuinely build good health.
