Grocery List For The Candida Crusher Program

Several years ago, I developed a Candida Crusher shopping list. My goal was to make it easy for my clients to go shopping while embarking upon their recovery from Candida.

The grocery list is a 14-page document that you can download from yeastinfection.org or candidacrusher.com. You will also find information about the five-stage Candida crusher program. These sites also provide information about the three phases of the Candida crusher diet:

  • Phase one: The MEVY (meat, egg, vegetable, yogurt diet) induction diet
  • Phase two: The low allergy or hypoallergenic diet
  • Phase three: The reintroduction diet

I think you will find the Candida crusher grocery list quite handy. It contains a lot of information. There are several pages on vegetables, fruits, and herbs. For example, the list divides fruit into those that are safe from the get-go and those that should be avoided in the early stages of the Candida Crusher program.

The list also talks about the best grains, flours, pasta, noodles, beans, nut, seeds, and bread. There is a lot of detail provided about the different grain options. Everything you need to know is included. All the work has been done for you, including identifying gluten-free choices.

Different types of protein are included on the grocery list. You’ll find mention of poultry, meats, and vegetarian proteins. I’ve also included a list of the best fermented and cultured foods, oils and fats, and how best to stock up your pantry.

If you don’t already have one, be sure to grab a copy of the Candida Crusher shopping list. I think you’ll find it quite handy. A lot of people I know print one out and take it with them when they go shopping at the Whole Foods store.

Remember, you don’t have to go gluten-free to get rid of Candida. Many people continue to eat gluten and still manage to clear Candida up perfectly well. Some people decide to go gluten-free for life, for various reasons. Some people choose to go egg-free, dairy-free, meat-free, whatever free you want. Whatever approach you take, get a copy of the grocery list to make sure your Candida Crusher program gets off to a good start.
