I was told I’m not allowed to say that more than twice. In fact, I had one person I had to delete from YouTube because it was quite abusive, nasty comments saying, well, anyway, I won’t go in there, but this person was upset that I kept saying greetings all the time. You can’t help everybody. Some people are just born to be miserable all the time, aren’t they? Right, what’s the question? How often should you do a candida cleanse? What do you think? Every day, every week, every month? I can’t get over some people. I really can’t. I’ve got one patient from Sydney, Australia who I used to see, he’s been on a candida cleanse for over ten years. Over ten years on a cleanse. Can you imagine that? That’s just insane. Just doesn’t make sense. Something’s going wrong there.
Candida cleanses don’t need to be done that often. Once you get your health to a high level it stays like that. Until something comes along and breaks it. Now, what’s going to break it? Your mother-in-law, a divorce? Something big emotionally is going to come along. It could be maybe you got bankrupt or something, or often some kind of a big emotional experience will come along and, pow, it’ll have a big effect on you. It’ll be life changing. And often with these life changing effects will come changes in the diet, changes in the lifestyle. And then of course the health starts playing up. That’s how addictions start. That’s how diseases start. They start with people being miserable and unhappy.
So these are the things you need to look at. At the level of happiness that you have. Are you happy with your current situation? Are you happy with your partner? If you’re not, you need to fix what’s broken, because this is going to lead you down the path of otherwise repeated candida cleanses. People who need to constantly cleanse or do things all the time usually have got serious emotional problems. Deep seated emotional problems. Just saying from someone who’s treated quite a few thousand people. So if you need to go from one cleanse to another cleanse to another cleanse to another cleanse, what the hell’s wrong? What’s wrong with you? Why can’t you get well? Are you pissed off at somebody? Is it where you’re living? Think about it. Something’s not right. Something’s broken and it needs fixing. So you need to fix that first, and then you’ll find, once the cleanse has been completed, you shouldn’t need to keep going back for cleanses again and again.

Most people will benefit from a cleanse once per year. And we’re talking maybe seven to ten days. We’re not talking three months of living like a monk, okay? It’s difficult when I work with a client, when I have worked in the past with a client who built up a whole 20, 30, 40 years of toxicity. Those are really difficult people to work with. And then they want to all of a sudden get well. Those people fall into two camps. One camp, they fall in line. They clean up and, wow, you could not believe the improvement I’ve seen in some people. I’ve seen some guys and some ladies, we’re talking 300 pound, slimming right down to a beanpole and then going into marathons. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. And I’ve also seen people who are relatively in good health go through an emotional experience and end up 300 pound with a bag of chips watching crap on TV all day. I’ve seen that too.
How I see it from where I’m sitting, it’s what happens to that person emotionally that will often dictate what type of addiction they’re going to go for, or how long they’re going to stay hooked on that addiction, until they get a bit of face slapping or something, or something wakes them up. Could be God, or someone slapped them in the face. And all of a sudden they realize they didn’t want to be a 300 pound monster anymore. And that’s the change that they needed to have. So for that person, they may need to go into detoxes quite regularly until a bit of that face slapping goes on, and then they wake up, and then everything changes.
So you shouldn’t need to do it that often, especially if you’re a happy person and you’ve got your life in order.
