One of my favorite teas to use during a Candida cleanse is Pau d’arco. It’s also called taheebo or lapacho tea.
Pau d’arco tea comes from a big tree that lives in the South American rainforest. You can find this tree growing in Brazil. I did a video on this topic in July 2016 if you want even more information about this excellent tea.
Pau d’arco tea is not only good for Candida but also for overall health and well-being. It’ also been found to be good for many different auto-immune diseases and even certain types of cancer. This is a tea I would like you to try and drink if you’ve got a chronic problem.

Pau d’arco tea has an orangey color and a nice flavor to it. You want to buy a supply that looks orangey. If it looks brown or smells stale, don’t buy that package. It can be hard to get a good, real McCoy when it comes to Pau d’arco tea.
Many different types of herbal tea are suitable for a Candida cleanse. But, Pau d’arco tea seems to be the best one in terms of its anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory actions
