Parasite Cleanse Case Study

Let’s talk about a parasite cleanse case study. It’s quite an interesting one. There’s a 34 year old lady I saw last year. In fact, not that long before I retired. I first saw this patient, I’m pretty sure it would have been January, 2019. I worked with her for about six months and the result was fantastic, it was awesome result. Now this lady travels widely, she’s got a particular occupation. Well, travel is all gone now, isn’t it with COVID? But this woman flew all over the place taking photographs, so she’s quite a well known international photographer based here in New Zealand. She’s a gay lady, she’s a lovely lady, she’s got a really cool partner. And for a long, long, long time, she had a bowel problem, many years in fact. I think it was seven years all after the bowel was on and off problematic, which really caused her a lot of grief.

And it’s not unusual to pick up parasites when you go to Africa and you travel all around the world. Especially camping out in weird locations in the jungle, taking pictures of orangutans one minute and taking pictures of Donald Trump the next, or whatever she was doing. So of course, this lady went to her medical doctor several times, and generally she got antibiotics. That’s what they gave her every single time, antibiotics, antibiotics. Then she went to a naturopath and they gave her natural antibiotics. They were basically looking at bowel cleanses, liver flushes. She’s had colonics, she’s had meditation. She’s had everything you can name has been thrown at this woman, everything. Probably the only thing she didn’t get was a bowel removed, but she’s had every other kind of treatment. But one thing she didn’t get, which I found almost hard to believe she didn’t get a stool test, okay.

Well, she got one initially by the doctor that showed Blastocystis hominis in two samples and initially the doctor dismissed it, said, “Well, everyone’s got blasto now in New Zealand and Australia and lots of people have got it. We don’t worry about it.” And she said, “Well, I want to worry about it because I’m going to the toilet several times a day and I’ve got a bad bowel problem and I needed it fixed.” “Antibiotics, there you go. This is what we give everybody.” Okay. I’m sure sometimes these medical doctors have got a dartboard with different drugs on it and they just throw it, “Today, we’re going to give, let’s have a look, let’s give this one today.” I mean, it’s almost like that, isn’t it? I mean, if you’re in and out of the room in five minutes, I mean the dart board’s probably hanging up on the back of the door.

And before you knock on the door, they’ve already got the dart in the back of the door, they know what they’re going to give you. It doesn’t work like that. Sorry. So what happened to this lady? She came to see me, as I mentioned early in the year, and we did a stool test straight up. We found Blastocystis. We found it in all three samples, but we also found Candida, we found multiple issues with this person. So the first thing I did with her basically was make a slight diet change, okay. I told her to stop eating out completely, no coffees when you go out. I said, “From now on, you’re going to stay home. We want you to stay home for at least 12 to 16 weeks”, which she was prepared to do. And I slowly, slowly over that 12 to 16 week period, I changed the diet just a little bit and a little bit and a little bit.

And eventually I had her eating a lot more stuff like grated and raw carrots, grated and raw beetroot. So every day she’d have a little bit of that, just a small amount. We also looked a lot more at steamed vegetables. Spinach once or twice a week, broccoli generally every day, and just very lightly steamed and also a light protein, fish protein, which we’ve got abundance in the New Zealand, high quality cheap fish. So fish was basically what she was eating and vegetables. Not much else. She lost a bit of weight, but meanwhile, that bought me time to interpret the tests more, do more advanced stool testing and really understand the gravity of the problem.

This woman had a serious parasite problem. So I started her on Canxida Remove, but when I put her on one tablet per day, she immediately, within two days, she got back to me, she said, “Bad headache, can’t tolerate it. I’m not doing this shit. I’m sick of it. I’ve had enough.” So I said, “Okay, let’s stop. Let’s stop the Canxida Remove and let’s just keep you on this diet for a while. Let’s add a tiny little bit of raw garlic into your diet”, which she couldn’t tolerate at all. Made her sick immediately so then we add a little bit of cooked garlic into the diet, but I also said to her, “I want you to get with your main meal one or two cloves, aromatic cloves. So put one clove into your meal.”

And again, slowly, we built that up until she could tolerate two to three cloves per day, then the garlic, then the raw garlic and then tiny bowel change at this stage, okay. So instead of going to the toilet five, six times a day, she was going now three times a day for bowel motions changes recurring. I remember this case well. I spent a lot of time, she’s a very interesting lady. And then I started to put the Canxida Remove tablet into this person’s diet. So we started first with a very, very tiny amount of Canxida Remove. Now when you’ve got a major parasite problem, and you immediately drop three or four Canxida Removes into your tummy, it can really cause a lot of pain, griping pain, all sorts of issues. So you can get a tablet cutter and cut the tablet into four or five, six, even 10 pieces, okay.

So we started with a sliver of Canxida Remove and then slowly, over a period of about a month, I built that up to one tablet per day. It took a long time before she could tolerate one tablet without instant nausea. And then once one tablet was established for several days in a week, we got to one and a half and eventually one, three times per day.

So we kept that going. And then I started putting Canxida Restore on top of that. And again, she had to open the capsule, sprinkle a bit on the food initially, and then eventually we can go up to three of those per day. So the Canxida formulations we kept going and going, and then we did a stool test. We withdrew the supplements for 10 days, did a stool test and it came back and it was incredible. We could see already a lot of changes occurring in the micro flora, okay. But she was feeling better in herself, not much bowel change, still three, four times a day, loose motions, still quite weak, had gained only a little bit of weight. So then I pushed things a lot further. I started to put sauerkraut into the diet but we started with a teaspoon per day.

This is a mistake a lot of people make with ferments or cultured foods. So they go straight away to a whole bowl twice a day or something. You can’t do that, okay. With a serious case, like in this, you have to start slowly and slowly build up and slowly build up, right? After the sauerkraut, I went in there, she liked sauerkraut so that was good. So we had a serve of that every day. And then we slowly introduced a bit of yogurt into the diet. Now this is from coming from a woman who is having three or four latte coffees every day with a couple of sugars in them. She was having a nice piece of cake with a coffee, with a girlfriend, with her partner in the morning, whatever. The diet was good, but there was too much crap in the diet.

I was stunned that the naturopaths didn’t do much about the diet, right? The doctors, well they didn’t care about the diet, did they? They’d probably tell you to drink a glass of wine when you take your antibiotics anyway. So at this stage she was improving, but she also had my attention because she’d been feeling better than she had in a long, long time, right? And that’s when she became far more compliant. And that’s when we sunk the boot in, okay? We did a total of three stool tests there by sinking the boot in, I mean, we pushed the Canxida Remove hard to six tablets a day of Canxida Remove. I pushed it really hard. And that’s when we got the breakthrough that we were looking for when we upped the dose, we’re doing two week intervals of up to six tablets per day.

And it was incredible. I got a very excited email off this lady saying that she couldn’t get over how one day she woke up and she passed a perfectly formed bowel motion. First time in six or seven years, it came out as one nice big motion. She was shocked. So, and of course I got all least photos, bowel motions and stuff. So at my inbox, sitting there with a nice espresso coffee and then a bowel motion pops up, but I’m used to that. Tracy, my partner, is used to seeing all sorts of bowel motions, don’t worry, it’s my job. But I was excited because I saw this firm bowel motion. I said, “Wow, look at this poo. It’s a good looking poo.” And I said, “We’re getting good work with this lady here. So a really nice, well formed stool, minimal pain, bloating and gas is a sign that bacteria are coming back, okay. You’re getting that bacterial balance back again.”

So what we did is we stopped the Canxida Remove, we waited 14 days. We started it again for another 14 days at a high dose and this time we got a bit of a regression, a setback, which is perfectly normal for somebody who’s been sick for a long time. So we did a few of these cycles on and off. Now when I give high dose Canxida Remove, I generally recommend anywhere between three to four Canxida Restore capsules per day as well. They can be taken in the morning or with meals, it’s up to you. So we did several cycles, okay. And then we stopped and then I let her go for four weeks. She came back to me and everything was hunky dory. Is that a saying people use still, hunky dory?

Everything was cool. Let’s say cool. So and a wonderful patient. And I got a really nice small gift she sent me and which I feel embarrassed that I don’t need gifts from people, but sometimes they send me flowers or stuff like that. But I was so happy for her because finally she had the health that she’d been looking for for many years. So remember guys, persistence breaks resistance. Sometimes you have to give high dosages, sometimes low. Sometimes you’ve got to tread carefully. If you’ve got a parasite problem, don’t give up, keep your foot on the head of the snake the whole time, okay. Sometimes you can back off, but don’t take your foot away and walk away because a snake will come back and bite you in the butt, right? You’re got to keep the pressure on now. You may not feel good. Then back off a little bit, then keep pressure, pressure. And eventually that persistence of yours will break the parasite resistance.

5 Best Ways To Restore Energy Balance – I Have Extreme Fatigue, How Can I Get My Energy Back

The sniffling naturopath. Pardon my head cold at the moment. But don’t worry. We social distance at the moment, so we’re sitting good, all right? And it’s not the dreaded COVID, I can tell you that. So anyway, I always get asked by people, “How can I get my energy back? I had energy. I’ve lost it.” Or people say, “I’ve never had a lot of energy. I want to get energy. I want to get a lot of energy.”

Now, that’s one commodity I’ve never had a problem with is energy. Not for the last 40 odd years. I did when I was younger, I had crappy energy when I was in my twenties. But as I get older, my energies is going up and up more and more, which is the opposite of what doctors say. They say, as you get older, your energy goes down. Well, remember, a lot of doctors are dead by the time they’re my age anyway, so they wouldn’t even know half the time.

It’s amazing how many patients I’ve seen have outlived their medical doctors. All right. Here’s five key ways, I think, that you can get good control of energy. Okay? Now, one of these five is going to ring a bell in your head. It’s going to go, “Cling, cling, cling.” As soon as I say it, you’re going to go, “That’s me. That’s me.” So when that bell goes off in your head, you need to write that down, what I just said. Okay? That particular thing, because that could be one of the big things contributing to your fatigue right now. All right?

I can tell you now, even at 60, I’ve got more energy than a lot of people in their thirties. So age has got no bearing on energy levels. No bearing, all right? Well, maybe when you’re 95 or 100, you might not have as much energy as a 30-year-old, but I’ve seen some really energetic 90-year-olds, I can tell you that would give you a hard time. In fact, one of my best friends is two times world mountain bike masters champion. And Gary would have to be now in his mid to late sixties, but I’ve never met a fitter, more energetic guy than Gary.

So here’s five key ways. The first one is the most important one. And it’s the one I want you to pay particular attention to. All right? It’s controlling what? It’s controlling stress in your life. All right? For stress zaps more energy than just about anything in people. All right? It’s the unnecessary discharge of energy. You don’t need to discharge energy unnecessarily. When the hypothalamus part of the brain gets involved with stress and the pituitary gland, deep in behind the eyes and the adrenal glands on top of the kidneys, when that HPA axis gets really effected constantly, when you keep going in fight or flight all the time, you’re going to get tired.

If you look at any animal that gets stressed, what it does after the stress, it goes… it’ll lie down and recover. Now you can’t do that. You can’t be yelling and screaming at your boss or he or she screaming at you. And then say, “All right, I’m going to go for a nap now.” And you go and lie down for half an hour and then come back. Doesn’t work, does it? You’re not allowed to go for naps at work usually.

So if the adrenal glands are constantly pushed and pushed and pushed, eventually it’s going to affect your cortisol response. Your blood sugar response will get affected and you’ll get increasingly tired. It’s a scientific fact that stressed people are tired people. Highly stressed people are very tired. Extremely stressed are so flipping fatigued, they can barely get off the couch. So every time you emotionally react, you’re basically draining your batteries a bit more and a bit more and eventually you’ll be exhausted.

Related articles:

You may have a friend, a lady you know, or a guy you know, that gets stressed a lot and is exhausted a lot. Think about it carefully. By controlling stress, by understanding the stress response and limiting the responses, you’ll have more energy to play with it. Remember, the first one is the most important one. This is the kicker, okay? I didn’t do it at the bottom. I did it at the top. This is the one you really want to get a grip on.

Second one is doing too much. Overworking and expecting too much from other people and expecting too much for yourself and not saying, “No, can’t do that today. Sorry, I’ve got too many emails. I’ve got too much. I’m not doing it.” Remember, not saying it’s stress, but saying no. Okay? Backing off. Don’t do too much. All right? If we look a long time ago, people did probably about 20% of what we do today. All right? They didn’t spend half their day on Facebook. They didn’t spend half their time on Twitter. Okay? They didn’t spend any time on the internet. They did their work. They went home. They relaxed. That’s what people used to do when I was a kid. They go home. They sit there with the newspaper and turn the radio on. They listen to a radio show and they’d sit there.

Well, I still can remember when I was a little boy that the lady from next door would come over and have a cup of tea with my mum. And they’d be sitting there talking for an hour or so, and that was quite normal in the old days to do that. People would actually sit there and talk to people. They wouldn’t be actually just liking all this stuff on the internet all the time and their brain wasn’t drilled down by stress. They didn’t have to like multitask. That’s a word I never heard of until I think, I don’t know, 20 years ago. We didn’t have to do three jobs at once. Now with downsizing, everyone’s expected to do more and more and more. So if you’re overworking, it’s one of the prime causes of fatigue. Too much work, too much expectation, not enough downtime. Not enough time for the batteries to recharge. So one and two basically go together, don’t they, stress and overwork.

Third one, sitting on your butt with a remote control, not getting off the couch. Just sitting there thinking, “Oh, I’m relaxing. I’m just going to watch this murder show. This guy’s shot nine people dead. I’m just going to relax, watching that kind of stuff.” It’s not really relaxing, is it? It’s either nudity on TV or twerking or sexual stuff or murders, or I don’t even know why people watch this kind of stuff anymore. I don’t really get involved in social media. I don’t really get involved in internet stuff. I just prefer to be at home with my family, my garden, and live a basic lifestyle like people did a long time ago.

So exercise is important to me. So we walk every day and that’s something that you could be doing every day walking. All right? Easy to do. Doesn’t cost a lot of money. Simple. Good for your relationship. Good for your health, good way for your heart to get benefit and a good way to build energy levels, natural energy levels because you’ll get tired. If you walk regularly, especially you go for five, six, seven miles, you’ll sit down, come home and relax, you’ll have a good sleep that night. And with a good sleep pattern comes good energy in the morning. Try and understand that natural, healthy movement and exercise pushes you into a healthy, natural sleep pattern, which pushes you into a healthy, natural production the following day of energy. Okay? Sitting there watching, bingeing on Netflix till 03:00 in the morning is not going to give you a good sleep. It’s going to give you crap energy in the morning and you’re going to wake up and do the whole cycle again. And it’s probably filled by coffee, soda drinks and shitty food. If I’m right.

The fourth one, eat for energy. Eating the right kind of foods is paramount if you want good energy levels. You’re not going to get energy from a can of Coke and a bag of fries, bag of chips. Tastes nice, but it’s not really good for the energy production. Okay? Just pushes your blood sugar all over the place. Eating normal, healthy food is what you want to do. We’ve spoken enough about that on this channel. You know what my views are on eating well and eating healthy and cooking from scratch and eating vegetables and fruits and meats, the basic stuff. All right? This is going to give you energy, particularly if you follow those other points.

The last one is hydration. So water is exceedingly important, is to have lots of fresh water in your life. It’s probably one of the most overlooked things of all when it comes to natural health is drinking water. People have me being banging that drum now for, I don’t know how many years, but it’s surprising how many people don’t drink water and favor a glass of wine or coffee over a glass of water. Now, remember your body is not a machine. It’s not a robot. It’s actually a living biological being with a big emotional component attached to it. And it thrives on water because water is the biggest component that makes up this whole frame. So if we add a lot of pure stuff into this, it’s going to make us feel good, isn’t it? I think it is. So alcohol is not a substitute.

So, that’s the five points. Okay? Control your stress. Understand how stress drains energy, number one. Two, multitasking, not the best if you’re tired, overworking. All right? If you’ve got a lot of kids and you’re on your own, ask for help or think of ways how you can relax. The third one, exercise. I don’t like that word. It sounds gross. Movement, all right? The fourth one, eating the right kind of stuff. And the fifth one, drinking.

Should I Replace Yogurt With Kefir When Doing The MEVY Diet

Many people talk to me about kefir and yogurt. Many people think I’m on the wrong track by telling people to be very cautious with kefir. Well, I’m not going to be because I’ve seen too many patients over the years who make kefir at home and have all kinds of gut issues as a result of the kefir. They got major aggravations, they got more sick, they got more bloated. They had weird stool test results after being on kefir for long periods of time. I’ve even seen yeasts come from kefir. You can get all sorts of yeasty issues in the gut and as a result of kefir. You don’t get that with yogurt. I’ve not seen it. Small amounts of yogurt is a great way to start. If your gut’s not used to ferments or cultured foods like my gut is, you need to be very, very careful, okay?

I wonder if I can give you a kind of an analogy. Well, I like motorcars and motorbikes, but let’s see if we can try from this angle. Let’s say that you haven’t got much experience driving a car, and I’ve got a whole heap of cars at my place. I say, come over, you’ve got a little Toyota Corolla. Let’s get you into a car. And I put you straight away into a Lamborghini. A V-12, supercharged car. I say, right, no problem. Easy. Just hit the gas pedal when it goes too slow and hit the brakes when you want to slow down. Now a small percentage of people in that Lambo are going to do fine, but 95% who get in there are going to wrap their butt around a tree around the corner, because they don’t understand the power that this car has got. They don’t understand.

And kefir has got that power. It can go from naught to a hundred in probably 1.8 seconds. Your gut can get sick really quick from kefir if you’re not careful. Especially if you don’t know how to make it properly. So yogurt doesn’t have that kind of effect. I’ve consistently seen this in the clinic. Now you can call me whatever you want, I don’t care. My clinic experiences mean a lot to me. When I consistently hear the same thing from patient after patient, I tend to give that information to people like you out there. Now no one says this kind of stuff to you. You can go to Jane Smith’s blog over here and Paul Jarron’s blog over there and they’ll all say different things. My recommendations are based on experiences spanning a long, long time.

I’m not saying kefir is bad. I’m just saying kefir is bad, if your gut is bad. If you’ve got a really dodgy gut, a really bad gut, high levels of yeast infection, massive [inaudible 00:02:36] problem, why would you put something in there that can potentially really flare things up? If you’re a drink driver, if you’re a really sloppy person, why would you jump in the Lambo? And potentially know you could wrap yourself around a tree. You need to exercise caution. So instead of me putting you in the Lambo first, how about we put you into a nice six cylinder car? Just a really good car with good brakes, an average car, a good one. And then you’ll probably get used to that one. After a few weeks you’ll think, wow this is pretty cool. Yeah it’s got power.

And then you go in the Lambo. And then with more skillset, you’ll earn more confidence. You’ll have a far better result. And you probably won’t wrap that car then around the lamp post. So go on, laugh at me. Clinical experience. People telling me the same thing, time and time again. Many different countries. Remember, when my clinic stopped in November last year, we were seeing patients from nearly 60 different countries. I think it was over 60 countries at that stage. I consistently heard the same thing from people in England, America, many countries in Europe, but I never really heard that with yogurt. I did hear people complain about yogurt from time to time. But some of these people were literally having half a gallon of yogurt a day, eating it for each main meal. And it’s a bit excessive.

Remember never be a person of excess, never. Always have temperance, some modesty. Start small and gradually build things up. This is where problems start. But the biggest issues I have with kefir is the homemade stuff. Some kefir you buy, made in proper facilities, can be of high quality. You may want to try that. And again, you may want to start with half a teaspoon a day or a small amount. So the more imbalanced and sick the gut is, the more careful you need to be with kefir. kefir is a great food, when you’ve got a gut like mine, it’s in top condition. Performing excellent bowel motions. No gas, literally no gas, no bloating, nothing like that. Kefir’s going to be fine. But even with me, I don’t have kefir… But even with me, I would start slowly to incorporate that into the diet, before I went into reasonable amounts, always start slow with things like that.

I did that with sauerkraut when I was a kid, I didn’t like it initially, but now I’ve just laid down more sauerkraut and I’m putting another probably a gallon crock down in the next few days. Because our cabbages are coming out the ground. So we’ve got beautiful, fresh cabbages.

Now what was the question again? “Is it acceptable to replace yogurt with kefir in the mevi diet? Absolutely. I talk about kefir a lot in my book. But again, experiences have made me think twice about it. I think kefir is fine if your gut is in great shape, but if your gut is in not so good shape, be careful with it. Yogurt’s fine generally, no matter what shape your gut is in. Especially if you start small and build up. And that’s it. Now we’re going to talk about the mevi diet. Yeah, of course. It’s fine with the mevi diet.

How To Treat Pinworms Effectively When They Keep Coming Back Particularly After Mebendazol

Yeah, but itchy butt. I regularly hear this from people. Just need a bit of research, it’s interesting. Enterobius vermicularis, it sounds something like out of Harry Potter, doesn’t it? I’m Eric Bakker, by the way, a naturopath from New Zealand. I’ve got a big interest in gut health with people, but immune health, gut health, just health in general. Now you might hear me sniffling at the moment. I’ve got a bit of a head cold, but that’s fine. Don’t worry. We’re social distancing at the moment. Probably 10,000 miles or something, so all good.

Now let’s talk about pinworms or threadworms different types of names people give this tiny little bug. Very, very prevalent. Many people at some stage in their life have had an itchy you know what. It’s embarrassing. Isn’t that embarrassing having that? It’s really embarrassing. You don’t want to be walking around sort of doing funny things, do you? Why do people get these sort of worms? How long did they last? Tell me more about this kind of stuff.

Well, kids particularly get them, especially young ones, age two, three, four, five, up to about 10. They’re tiny little eggs. They can float in the air. They can land on furniture, on toys, they can land on anything. They can live outside the body for, I think it’s 10 days, even up to two weeks. And the life cycle, I think is between two to eight weeks for this particular parasite. Very common. On average, I think, most doctors will get 50 to a 100 sort of consultations per year for people with itchy butt syndrome.

How did you get it? Why did you get it? Is it terrible? Are you going to die with it? No, not really. It’s one of the most common parasitic infections that so many people get and it’s transmitted really well by way of itchy butt, isn’t it? And also poor hygiene. But you know what? These particular type of threadworms can also occur in people from all societies, from the top right down to the bottom. In the old days, if someone had a worm, they thought it because they were dirty filthy people, but it’s not the case at all. You don’t have to be embarrassed if you got an itchy butt, just be careful with the itchy butt round public.

What do you do about them? How do you get rid of them? How do you break the cycle? If we look at albendazole and different zole kind of drugs that people use for this, like drop a tab and that should be over and done with, but it doesn’t work in all cases. In fact, many people get recurrence of this particular type of worm. And nighttime when you’re in bed, is often when it’s really itchy and that’s the female. How the lifecycle is, you swallow the egg, gets into your gut, hatches out in the small bowel, they crawl down through the colon and they go all the way down to the anal area, particularly the female where she lays more eggs around that area. And so that’s that itching sensation. Just be careful if you do have the urge to scratch it, you really wash your hands quite well. I’m going to show you a few tips and tricks on how to really nail this little sucker, how to get rid of it and how to keep it away forever.

It’s a pretty valuable video for those who aren’t in the know about threadworms. Should you take these medications, mebendazole, albendazole? I don’t see them to be much of a problem, honestly, but I think you’ll get better success if you incorporate some garlic into your diet. A tiny bit of raw garlic, a tiny bit of crushed garlic, but I never have any kind of worm problems cause we eat garlic every day, every single day. But I also eat a lot of raw carrots. Grated, raw carrot, grated, raw beetroot mixed together. Beetroot and carrot together, wham! You’ve got the sucker. They don’t like that kind of stuff at all. People who regularly eat raw carrot and raw beetroot don’t get any kind of threadworm problems at all. If you’ve got children with threadworms, please get them to eat some grated raw carrot and grated beetroot.

Another good tip for you is papaya or pawpaw. You know papaya? Those sort of fruit in the tropical countries, the black seeds. They contain a proteolytic substance called papain. Pineapple’s similar. Pineapple will do a similar thing, but pawpaw does a better thing. If you get those seeds, dry them and put them in your pepper grinder, grind it all over your food. Mix in a little bit of pepper and a little bit of the pawpaw seed together, grind them up, dry them thoroughly though, the pawpaw seed. They look like pepper. They shrink or shrivel right up. When you grate those onto your food, and again, it’s going to destroy the worms. Look, nature has got an answer for everything. The drug companies have got an answer for everything too, but I think nature trumps science any day when it comes to parasites, there’s a solution for all of these kind of things. People have had worms for thousands of years, long, long before stethoscopes and white coats were even invented people knew how to get rid of parasites.

Let’s just recap. Grated carrot and beetroot, add garlic to your diet regularly, if not daily. You can also get a tiny clove of garlic and squeeze it or crush it up and get one or a little bit of juice out of it, mix it with the carrot and beetroot, even better. We talked about papaya seeds. Pumpkin seeds is also another one for worms. Worms don’t like pumpkin seeds. But when you start taking these drugs regularly, when you start taking medications, like mebendazole, once a month like some parents give to the kids, it becomes far less effective. If you’re going to use a drug, like one of the zole drugs, you would only use it once or twice a year, if that, but nature has got the answer, as I said. And if you start changing what goes into the mouth, it’s going to change what happens down there, isn’t it?

Also be careful not to encourage too much sweets in their diet. I’ve always believed that people who eat really poorly have got a far higher predisposition to getting parasite problems than people who eat much healthier. I used to get pinworms like everybody else did, but I haven’t had them for probably 25, 30 years. I wouldn’t know itchy butt’s like. My butt’s quite boring, in fact, it never really itches. But if you’re sick of the itchy butt, then do it. Just get onto it. Look at what you’re eating, change what you’re eating. Because you ain’t going to get a change if you don’t make the change. Think carefully what you’re eating. Are you eating sweet foods? Because that can encourage also a change in the gut, which allows parasites to really take the upper hand.

Parasites hate fresh stuff. They can’t stay in steamed broccoli. Parasites can’t stand a grated vegetables. They don’t like salads. It’s no fun for them. Parasites are just like you. If they could hop in your car next to you and go for a drive to McDonald’s, they’d be your best friend. They love sundaes. They love ice creams and sweets and sodas. They like all the stuff that you like. It’s time for you to stop liking that stuff, isn’t it? If you really want to get parasites out of your life, or out of your child’s life, down goes to the X, just stop it. And you’ll find the worms will take a hike and they’ll start looking for another butt to itchy. And you don’t need to have the problem.

How Do You Deal With Allergies Caused By Candida Overgrowth

How do you deal with allergies that are flared up by Candida? Allergies can also be flared up by different bacteria. Even parasites can flare allergies up. But how do you deal with allergies caused by other problems? Well, a key thing to remember, many allergies are mitigated through the small bowel. Okay? The small bowel has a great way to flare you up. I found the secret to getting many allergies under control for people is to improve the overall immune health of that person. And in particular, fine tune the diet, take things out of the diet that you know that shouldn’t be there. And if you’ve got a persistent problem with food allergies and you’ve got gut issues, for goodness sakes, get a stool test done and look where your beneficial bacteria count is. Okay?

Should that mean you should just pop probiotics all the time and to hell with doing the stool testing? No. You really should do that stool test to see where your gut is at. You need to know what kind of bacteria you’ve got in that bowel. Okay? Have you got high counts? Have you got low counts? The overall state of the health of the bacterial balance in the gut will determine to a high degree if the allergies are going to be low, high, medium, wherever they are.

You will find well into the future if this video is still up in a hundred years, if there is a planet in a hundred years the way we go, there’ll be such advancement in microbiology that they will have identified literally every bacteria in the gut and link it with different conditions. They’ll be at the stage where they can take the smallest stool sample, probably the size of a pinhead and give you every bit of information you know about your gut just from that alone.

They’ll have the ability to scan people to a far higher degree. Also, with technology, scan their body, almost like a Star Wars, Star Trek kind of thing, and put this fantastic concept together if you understand where your health is at that point in time. We’re getting that way slowly now with technology. But the advancements, I think in immunology and microbiology are really going to be ramped up when technology improves.

So what am I trying to say here? Am I trying to weasel my way out of this question? No, I’m not. How do you deal with allergies caused by Candida albicans? You deal with allergies by understanding that some foods have got a very high propensity for creating an allergic response. Others have got a medium, and others are going to low. Okay? Now most people don’t usually get allergies when they drink water. Okay? Well, I’ve had some patients that can’t drink water on anything but glass. That might be more of a mental allergy than anything, isn’t it?

Let’s look at the highest of all allergic type of foods. For example, the dairy products, okay? The cow’s milk. Okay? I had a comment from a subscriber just the other day saying, “I can’t have dairy, but does it mean I can’t eat gee?” Yes, you can. Gee, I’ve not seen any gee allergies. I’ve seen plenty of milk allergies. So if I had a feeling I had an allergic problem, I’d avoid anything with cow’s milk straight off the cup, chocolate, cream, anything like that at all with milk in it because the tendency is there for it to become quite allergic with me. I know what I have allergies against and milk is one of them. But remember, you need to maybe watch some of my videos where I talk about food allergies. Egg does rank reasonably high for many people, egg white, egg yolk. Chicken, never an allergy, but eggs, yes.

Is that microphone on? Yeah, it’s on. So eggs, dairy, oranges are another big one. For example, my 20-year-old son is home at the moment. He got fired from his job during the COVID. He came home. We got a garden full of food. So of course, I picked whole heaps of oranges and mandarins. We had bowls of them, so my young guy straightaway, he’s into the fruit. He’s drinking glasses of orange juice every day and he’s eating. And within literally a week, he had a big red ring right around his month, burning ring. I said, “Mate, that’s what you get. You know, if you have too much, if you have like seven or eight oranges in a day, you’re going to get this kind of a thing.” Okay? Most people, if they eat too much of one thing, will get an allergy of some type. I guarantee you, if you eat way too much. If you eat 10 pounds of potatoes a day, you could end up with some problem, too. So be cautious.

So let me just mentally run off in my mind the checklist of food you need to be cautious of if you’ve got allergies. I think the top of the tree, as I mentioned, is cow’s milk. Eggs fall a little bit under that, but you need to also be careful of different types of fruits like as I mentioned, citrus fruits. Look at compound foods like chocolate. It can be highly allergenic. Some people are allergic to some types of legumes like red kidney beans. Bananas are another source of allergies for many people. You’d be surprised how many pineapple and banana allergies I’ve seen over the years. I see the old kiwifruit allergy, but not that common and rarely do we see tomato or lettuce allergies.

I did see a guy once, I mentioned in one of my videos, with facial acne like really bad. I spent a long time with this guy, he was CEO of a company, and there’s no way I could get on top of this thing. And then we did a food allergy test through… What’s the name of that lab in Seattle? I forget it now. There’s a lab there in Seattle that do food allergy testing. And so we did an IgE and IgG, like a food allergy blood-based test. And you would not believe it. Okay? Lettuce. This guy is allergic to lettuce. When we took lettuce out of his diet, okay? Guess what happened? The skin cleared up. I’ve never seen anything like it. You know what this guy is doing? He was juicing lettuce, juicing. He told me later on that he was putting it in juices and drinking it every day. So just be careful.

This is my advice to you. If you’ve got allergies or you believe you’ve got allergies, look at the food or beverage that you love the most. Look at the one you frequent, you keep going back to, you have every day or every second day. The thing that you like the most can often cause you the most grief. It’s just like being married. You’ve been married like me for 35 years, it can cause you a lot of grief. Right? Because you like it the most. Okay? When you’re being with someone a long time, it can cause a lot of problems, but it will also cause a lot of love. Okay? So it’s normal. The more you’re with something, the more you like something, the more potentially it could be a problem. All right?

So think about that carefully right now. Think if you’ve got an allergy, what do I love drinking the most or eating the most? And then it’s back off, back off, back off. Okay. Back off that food or drink. So consciously stop that food or drink entirely for 14 days and then see what the symptoms are like. Okay? If there’s a change, you may have actually uncovered something that you’ve been looking for for a long time, uncovered the answer to the riddle. Why have I got XYZ? Well, XYZ may have come from ABC. When you ate ABC too many times, you’ve got XYZ. It could be that. Okay? If you want to break that, you’ve got to stop that food or drink. You’d be surprised.

My son-in-law, bad heartburn. Okay? Red heartburn. Reflux for days. Well, I look at this guy and he’s always got a can of Red Bull in his hand. Okay? He sits in front of his laptop. He likes energy drinks and he likes potato chips and stuff like that. So I said, “Mate, come on, you need to stop this kind of stuff. You know? If you’re going to become a soda lover, you’re going to have to become an antacid lover, too. You know?” So think about that. If you don’t want pharma drugs, all your life, stop doing things that causes symptoms, then you won’t need medications to switch off the allergic symptoms or whatever.

Anyway, there was enough raving on for one day. So, that’s my take on the allergies. Identify the source, stop it. Maybe do some stool testing to get that gut balanced and get the beneficials up again.
