The Best Way To Use The CanXida Line Of Products

When people ask me about how best to use CanXida to treat a Candida infection, I always want to confirm that the diagnosis is correct. Many times I have had people swear up and down that they are struggling with a yeast infection, only to have their comprehensive stool analysis (CSA) come back completely negative for Candida.

I think it’s a good idea to do a CSA before starting, or at least early in, treatment with CanXida. That way, you know what you’re dealing with and can monitor treatment response over time.

One of the nice things about the CanXida products is that you don’t have to take 10, 20, or 30 supplements to get everything you need. I’ve designed CanXida to contain all that you need in a few pills.

I’ve had clients take CanXida, who still needed a bit more customized treatment for vaginal thrush. In those cases, I suggest watching my videos on boric acid for vaginal Candida. If you still have a cycle, the best time to do the boric acid treatment is as you’re coming into having that cycle. Apply the boric acid solution when the period starts or when the irritation starts.

Further readings:

But if there’s no irritation there and you’re postmenopausal, I would say treat it probably one week out of four. The best time to undertake boric acid treatment is when you are taking CanXida. CanXida provides an excellent boost to your immune response. It makes sense to address the vaginal area when you’re cleaning up your gut.

If you aren’t able to get the CSA done, find the Symptom Tracker page in my Candida Crusher pdf. Print off that page and start rating your symptoms from 1 (mild) to 10 (severe) while remembering to record the date. Next, start on the CanXida line of products. Every two weeks after beginning CanXida, rate your symptoms again. That way, you can see how you’re progressing in response to treatment.

My standard recommendation is to start with one CanXida Remove tablet per day with the main meal. Also, take one CanXida Restore at breakfast or bedtime. Add in one tablet of CanXida Rebuild, but don’t take it with any other the other CanXida products.

Follow that protocol for about a week and then increase to two doses each of Remove and Restore and keep Rebuild at one daily dose. If your symptoms are relatively mild, I’d stick with that plan for the remaining weeks.

Don’t make your dosages too high. It’s better to take the slow and I tend to do a shorter treatment with a high dosage in people who have one or two very strong symptoms, and they’re looking for a breakthrough. Sometimes I do ridiculously high dosages with people for very specific reasons. Other times, I recommend a very long, slow road – break a tablet in half and maybe go for six months.

When you’re taking CanXida, make sure your diet is impeccable. Monitor your bowel movements, digestive comfort, your bloating, and any other sites of infection. Tweak your doses as required.

Cleaning Your Gut With Canxida Remove

I’ve been asked before if CanXida Remove is effective against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

My answer to that is to not view CanXida Remove as a product that specifically targets certain organisms.

CanXida Remove is a cleansing product designed to balance the gut. It works very effectively against high populations of yeast and dysbiotic bacteria. Fortunately, after assessing hundreds of stool tests, I have seen no evidence that CanXida Remove destroys beneficial bacteria CanXida Remove cleans the gut up, but it doesn’t specifically target MRSA.

The gut becomes stronger and more resilient in response to CanXida Remove. The product strengthens and stabilized all aspects of gut function while improving the beneficial bacteria count. It also reduces inflammation and ensures that digestive enzymes are working properly.

Further readings:

How can you monitor the effects of CanXida Remove? By getting a stool test before you start treatment and then again after about three months. By comparing the before and after stool tests, you can get a sense of what CanXida Remove has done. Stool tests will also give you a measure of MRSA levels. To my mind, a comprehensive stool analysis is a way of making sure you don’t miss the forest for the trees.

By improving your gut overall, CanXida Remove makes it much harder for pathogenic bacteria, like MRSA, to get a foothold in your gut. It wouldn’t surprise me if the end result was that MRSA disappeared altogether.

If you look at some of the components included in CanXida Remove, such as the standardized allicin from garlic, it’s been shown that bacteria don’t become resistant to these compounds. This is one of the reasons I created CanXida Remove. I am very familiar with the problems caused by antibiotic resistance.

The take-home message from me is that CanXida Remove doesn’t target MRSA directly. But it does help create a gut that is more impervious to colonization by harmful bacteria.

How to Get the Most Benefit from the CanXida Line of Products

The CanXida products are designed to be used together to achieve excellent gut health. There is a specific protocol that I have used successfully with many clients. The protocol should be customized for your specific needs, but it a good starting point for most people.

CanXida Remove is normally taken twice per day. Some people take it once for a longer period, and some you take it three times a day for a shorter period. I usually suggest that people take it at breakfast and at dinner.

CanXida Restore is a capsule. I usually recommend that you take one at breakfast with your meal. If you need two doses a day, take the second capsule before bed, removed from any meal or snack. If you have significant problems with Candida, constipation, or diarrhea, you can take Restore at breakfast, lunch, and dinner for four to six weeks.

Further readings:

If Candida, severe constipation, or significant diarrhea means you need a higher dose, take a Remove capsule at breakfast, lunch, and supper. You can take it like that for four to six weeks. If you’re going to take CanXida Remove for the long-term, I suggest taking one tablet per day, or two if your GI problems are particularly chronic.

CanXida Rebuild is a multivitamin that should be taken once daily with food. The pill can be a bit big for some people, but it breaks up quite easily. I didn’t put lots of binders and fillers in this tablet because I wanted it to be extremely high-quality. It easily blends in with food and should be taken with a snack or a meal. If you are very unwell, you may benefit from taking two tablets of CanXida Rebuild daily.

There you have it; Remove, Restore, and Rebuild. They work very well together. Most people will take these products anywhere between one month up to about three to six months. I’ve got some patients who’ve been unwell for 15 to 20 years that have been on the CanXida products now for 18 months, and they’re still improving. It can take a long time to get better if you’ve been sick for a long, long time.

Flavonoids And Weight Loss: What You Should Know

Can flavonoids help you lose weight? And if so, what’s a safe amount for somebody to consume daily?

Firstly, it’s important to know that flavonoids are protective factors found in plants, including vegetables and fruits. Flavonoids act to protect and strengthen plants, increase cell-to-cell communication, and stop sun damage. The bottom line is that flavonoids make plants strong and healthy.

Weight issues have been around for a long, long time. But they’ve exploded in recent years.
Flavonoids also have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

I read a fascinating study in the British Medical Journal published in 2016, involving over 124,000 people. The study followed men and women for up to 24 years. This study found that people who each a flavonoid-rich diet found it easier to maintain a healthy weight. This was true even after the study was adjusted for smoking and exercise habits. Even sedentary people were found to better maintain a healthy weight when eating a diet rich in flavonoids.

Flavonoids are found in a variety of foods, including vegetables like onions, fruit like pears, and tea. The top flavonoid in this research was the anthocyanin.

Further readings:

Anthocyanins are found in strawberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, radishes, black currants, and grapes. These foods are what I called “pinnacle” foods because of their high nutrient content.

I encourage people to eat berries every day to their beneficial effects on health.

Quercetin is a very beneficial flavonoid found in onions. That’s one of the reasons I eat onions every day. Red wine and chocolate also contain flavonoids. It’s easy to overeat chocolate, so be very careful and only have small amounts of high-quality dark chocolate.

The more flavonoids you eat, the less you’ll crave processed foods. These foods taste delicious and also have powerful positive effects on your immune and digestive systems.

Most people between the ages of 18 and 49 will gain one to two pounds per year. If you do the math, that can be a lot of extra weight by the time you’re sixty. By maintain muscle mass and eating healthy foods, including flavonoid-rich fruits and vegetables, you can buck the trend of gradual weight gain.

The Ins And Outs Of Gastric Surgery

What are my thoughts on gastric surgery?

Gastric surgery is a drastic solution to a big problem.

Over the years, I’ve had clients who’ve had lap band surgery as well as ones who had their stomachs made smaller. In two cases, in particular, the results were outstanding for my clients.

One of the patients was so obese that it was difficult for her to even walk to my clinic. She was in her late forties and near death. In cases like that, when there aren’t any other options, then gastric surgery can be a lifesaver.

Several months later, the patient came back, and I didn’t even recognize her. It was a fantastic outcome for her, but it did leave her with massive amounts of excess skin that had to be managed surgically.

Further readings:

Still, I don’t think gastric surgery is the right fix for most people.

Is it a fix for many people? No, it’s not. I don’t think gastric surgery is a good option for 95% of people. Gastric surgery doesn’t cure the cause of obesity; it’s just fixing the end result of certain behaviors.

Should you consider gastric surgery? Look at your situation determine it’s severity. Are all other avenues shut for you? Is it impossible for you to lose weight? Are you physically at such a point where you can’t exercise anymore?

If at all possible, I recommend going for reversible gastric surgery over the irreversible options. Of course, the surgeon will have the final say on that matter.

If you can find a non-surgical way to manage your way, take the route. Reserve the surgical solution for when all other options have failed.
