The Best Way To Use The CanXida Line Of Products

When people ask me about how best to use CanXida to treat a Candida infection, I always want to confirm that the diagnosis is correct. Many times I have had people swear up and down that they are struggling with a yeast infection, only to have their comprehensive stool analysis (CSA) come back completely negative for Candida.

I think it’s a good idea to do a CSA before starting, or at least early in, treatment with CanXida. That way, you know what you’re dealing with and can monitor treatment response over time.

One of the nice things about the CanXida products is that you don’t have to take 10, 20, or 30 supplements to get everything you need. I’ve designed CanXida to contain all that you need in a few pills.

I’ve had clients take CanXida, who still needed a bit more customized treatment for vaginal thrush. In those cases, I suggest watching my videos on boric acid for vaginal Candida. If you still have a cycle, the best time to do the boric acid treatment is as you’re coming into having that cycle. Apply the boric acid solution when the period starts or when the irritation starts.

But if there’s no irritation there and you’re postmenopausal, I would say treat it probably one week out of four. The best time to undertake boric acid treatment is when you are taking CanXida. CanXida provides an excellent boost to your immune response. It makes sense to address the vaginal area when you’re cleaning up your gut.

If you aren’t able to get the CSA done, find the Symptom Tracker page in my Candida Crusher pdf. Print off that page and start rating your symptoms from 1 (mild) to 10 (severe) while remembering to record the date. Next, start on the CanXida line of products. Every two weeks after beginning CanXida, rate your symptoms again. That way, you can see how you’re progressing in response to treatment.

My standard recommendation is to start with one CanXida Remove tablet per day with the main meal. Also, take one CanXida Restore at breakfast or bedtime. Add in one tablet of CanXida Rebuild, but don’t take it with any other the other CanXida products.

Follow that protocol for about a week and then increase to two doses each of Remove and Restore and keep Rebuild at one daily dose. If your symptoms are relatively mild, I’d stick with that plan for the remaining weeks.

Don’t make your dosages too high. It’s better to take the slow and I tend to do a shorter treatment with a high dosage in people who have one or two very strong symptoms, and they’re looking for a breakthrough. Sometimes I do ridiculously high dosages with people for very specific reasons. Other times, I recommend a very long, slow road – break a tablet in half and maybe go for six months.

When you’re taking CanXida, make sure your diet is impeccable. Monitor your bowel movements, digestive comfort, your bloating, and any other sites of infection. Tweak your doses as required.

Timing Your Fish Oil: What’s The Best Time Of Day For Omega-3 Fatty Acids?

When is the best time to take fish oil?

Well, the best time to have taken fish oils is yesterday. But if you’re starting today, it’s really up to you whether you take them morning, noon, or night. The bottom line is that it’s important to be taking them in the first place.

Many people don’t take omega-3 fatty acids even though it’s one of the most remarkable supplements available. If you’re not taking omega-3 supplements, I highly recommend starting a two to three-month trial. Take just one 1,000 mg capsule with a meal and don’t start any other new supplements at the same time. Now, observe what happens. I think you’re going to be quite surprised.

My other suggestion is that you take it at different times of the day during the trial. You can take it with breakfast for several weeks, then with lunch for several weeks, with your evening meals, and finally at bedtime.

Now, many people who take it with the evening meal or before bedtime tell me that they get better sleep, and they feel better overall. ustomize your omega-3 routine to what works best for you.

Further readings:

If you notice some changes from taking omega-3, it won’t hurt for you to go up to two capsules per day of a thousand milligrams, especially during the colder months.

If you’re going to include omega-3s in your supplement routine, Make sure that you get a good quality product. I prefer cod liver oil because the liver contains the highest amount of the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) in the fish, A, D, E, and K.

I predict that after taking an omega-3 supplement for several weeks, you will notice that your skin and hair starts looking better. It often will also improve your mood and your cognition. I also like that fish oil helps keep the blood thin and prevents strokes, heart attacks, and blood clots. That’s one of the reasons it’s good for people who take long haul flights. Omega-3 fatty acids help keep your cholesterol level balanced and also have anti-inflammatory actions. Overall, it’s a fantastic supplement to take.

The best time to take fish oil is any time of day, as long as it is with food. Keep the capsules in the refrigerator if you want to stop fish burps. Cold omega-3 fatty acids are less likely to cause that side effect.

Supplements You Should Avoid

Over the years, I’ve seen people who take all sorts of supplements. Some of the supplements have been really over the top.

For example, some people think that eating clay will help cleanse their bodies. Now, there are some merits to different types of detoxification clays. But, I’ve never seen many benefits from people eating clay and expecting it to bind toxins.

I’ve seen some clients eat ridiculous amounts of clay and get all kinds of bowel problems.
Diet sprays are another product I don’t recommend. It’s marketed as a substance you can spray on your body, and you’ll lose weight as a result. There is no biological basis for that product claim.

Some people claim that zero-calorie products will help you lose weight. The idea is that the energy used to digest the food will lead to weight loss. Doesn’t work that way.

Most of the detox teas on the market are junk. When I look at the list of ingredients, it’s clear that most of the herbs have nothing to do with detox or cleansing.

Related articles:

I could formulate an effective detox tea, but I can pretty much guarantee that the taste won’t be very good. But, at least they will be effective compared to the sweet “detox” teas they sell.

I’ve even seen vampire repellant marketed online. Who buys vampire repellant? Same with the placenta and ant extracts that I’ve seen available for sale.

I have no doubt there’ll be many mushroom extracts out there that are useless. If you’re going to buy a mushroom extract, you know, like a reishi or a Ganoderma, like a good quality mushroom extract, go into a company that specializes in mushroom extracts.

Be careful. I’ve been in the supplement business for a long time, and I’ve seen so much junk for sale. You won’t get any therapeutic value from junk – the only thing it will “cleanse” is your bank account.
