An Overnight Candida Cleanse Won’t Work

I’ve had people ask if an overnight Candida cleanse would work. Doesn’t work like that I’m afraid. I don’t think we’re a bit like a Samsung Galaxy that we can plug it in overnight and get rid of our Candida. It doesn’t work like that. We’re not machines. We’re human beings.

We need to do actively engage with the Candida cleanse during the day. We also need to make sure we are sleeping enough at night. Our resting times allow our body to self-clean provided it’s getting the right nutrition, plenty of water, and low-stress living.

Overnight cleansing is not really what you want to get into. Nothing happens instantly in life. Have you noticed that everything that’s worth it takes time? In fact, it takes a lot more time than you think. Be patient, people. If you’ve got Candida, you can get rid of it, but you’re not going to get rid of it overnight.

When my clients start to plan a Candida cleanse, I always tell them it will take longer than they expect to heal their gut. But, it’s not a race to the finish line. A Candida cleanse is an investment of time and energy into getting healthy and staying healthy.

If you go to quickly in your effort to get rid of Candida, you can end up suffering. Overly aggressive treatment can result in side effects like bloating, flatulence, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and severe fatigue. Why put yourself through those kinds of symptoms? The best thing to do is to take a slow and steady approach to healing your gut. Gradually change your diet, so you don’t shock your gut flora into causing you grief.

I wish it was possible to get rid of Candida overnight, but I know better.
