Nausea can be a side effect of going on a Candida cleanse. The cleanse can cause a lot of nausea in some people, especially if there’s are pre-existing problems with the stomach, the pancreas, or the small bowel.
Some of my clients have quite weak digestive systems. They have low levels of hydrochloric acid in their stomach. They have a pancreas that isn’t functioning correctly. Sometimes they have sludge or stones in their gallbladder. I’ve also had clients with very tired, weak livers.
The conditions listed above are reason to be cautious when you undertake a Candida cleanse. Often you don’t really know what you’re getting yourself into.
Only by testing yourself will you know what side effects you’re going to get. My general recommendation is to take a cautious approach to doing a Candida cleanse. Be careful what you eat, and be careful what you drink, if you are prone to digestive upset. Take it nice and easy to start. Once you get more experience and you feel more confident, you can push things a little bit harder.

Make your diet changes very slowly for the first few weeks. Digestive nzymes are a crucial supplement for people with nausea. Always take with food. Cut coffee and tea and alcohol entirely out of your life for at least three to six months if you’ve got any GI problem. Just cut them out. That will give your digestive organs a chance to come back and rejuvenate. That’s going to help avoid nausea and other side effects.
Most nausea can be prevented. If you look, what’s a key reason why people get sick? Eating the wrong kind of stuff, drinking the wrong kind of things, or taking pharmaceutical medication. Especially be careful with antimicrobials if you’ve got nausea. It’s very, very easy to get sick from taking too much antimicrobial.
CanXida Remove is the antimicrobial product I developed. We have not had any complaints of nausea from the many people who have used it as part of their Candida cleanse. You should be okay with using CanXida Remove. Just remember to take it with food if you’re prone to nausea.
