Restoring Gut Health Using CanXida Remove, Rebuild, And Restore: A Case Study

One of my clients, I’ll call her Denise, came to me with several primary symptoms: constipation, bloating, gas, heartburn, weight loss, fatigue, and bad breath. As an office worker, Denise was particularly concerned about the halitosis.

Denise’s tongue was coated in white. She was quite underweight – weighing about 100 pounds, although she’s not very tall.

Investigations were done, including a hair analysis. This test showed that Denise has low levels of many trace elements. I immediately knew that there was a problem with her digestion.

We also did a stool test and found very low levels of beneficial bacteria. The Bifidobacteria showed no growth. Her Lactobacillus was only 1+. Both of these bacteria should be at a 4+. We found no parasites, but Candida albicans was cultured at a 1+ level. We also found some Citrobacter bacteria, which isn’t unusual except that it was at a count of 3+.

Together, the Candida and the dysfunctional, dysbiotic bacteria were leading to Denise’s bloating, gas, and digestive problems.

Denise’s doctor had diagnosed her with irritable bowel syndrome, which is typical for conventional medicine. Denise had an endoscopy performed. Her blood tests came back clear. The gastroenterology examinations came back negative. Basically, they couldn’t find out what was wrong with this woman.

Yet a relatively simple test, a comprehensive stool analysis, was able to identify several issues.

Once the stool results were available, we placed Denise on CanXida Remove, CanXida Restore, and CanXida Rebuild. I started her off on a dosage of one per day, building up to one of each three times per day.

Now, six weeks later, we’ve had a significant improvement already in this case. We’ve seen a marked reduction in constipation and bloating. The great thing is Denise’s tongue’s clearing up. She’s also gained nearly six kilograms in weight.

We are going to repeat the stool test in a few months. I’m pretty sure we’re going to get quite an excellent result here. I would easily say that within six months, Denise is going to be in great shape after several years of irritable bowel syndrome and bad breath.

Case Study: Treating Blastocystis with CanXida

I find it helpful to share case studies that illustrate some of the most critical points about healing the gut.

In this case, my client was a 38-year-old British gentleman who worked as a CEO. This gentleman presented with reflux, heartburn, fatigue, sleeping issues, loose bowel motions, and toenail fungus. A stool test was done that showed a complete lack of beneficial bacteria and Candida, but the presence of the parasite Blastocystis.

The main concerns for this gentleman were the reflux and fatigue. From experience, I automatically assumed that this client had very low levels of stomach acid (hypochlorhydria). When I first saw this gentleman, I told him the first step was to do a stomach tolerance test using digestive enzymes. I put him on a powerful digestive enzyme and told him to increase the dose at each subsequent meal until he felt some discomfort. It took 16 capsules per meal before this client felt any warmth behind his sternum. He was using close to 50 capsules a day!

In situations like this, it’s a waste of time giving someone low dose digestive enzymes. One or two capsules a day isn’t going to cut it when someone has such profound hypochlorhydria. In this case, we kept the gentleman on 40+ digestive enzymes per day for several weeks. After several weeks, the reflux was gone. Even more amazing, the client’s energy was coming back.

Around the same time, the client said to me, “The toenails are looking so much better.” We had given the stomach the ability to break protein down properly. When amino acids are released from the protein, they can be used to form proper connective tissue, which is the basis of healthy hair, nails, and skin. Better digestive also leads to more energy, better sleep, and improved libido.

Next, we had to tackle the Blastocystis. I took the client off the first digestive enzyme and had him take one CanXida Restore at each meal. I also had him take two tablets of CanXida Remove at every meal. We have kept this protocol in place for five weeks and are not just waiting for an updated stool test. I suspect the Blastocystis will be almost gone by now.

Once the stool test confirms improvement, the plan is to continue the CanXida protocol but at a lower dose. It will still be one CanXida Restore at each meal, but only one CanXida Remove per meal. After a couple of weeks, I’ll add two doses of CanXida Rebuild each day. This protocol will continue for another three to six months. We will repeat the stool test sometime mid-next year to make sure the Blastocystis is completely gone. This case shows how you can really get a sick person and turn them back into a vibrant, healthy person again with a simple protocol.

Preventing Candia Cleanse Side Effects

A question that I get asked quite regularly is whether there are any side effects from a Candida cleanse. Side effects are the symptoms we are hoping to avoid when we undergo treatment. If we want to avoid side effects, we have to approach treatment intelligently and with common sense.

Usually, when someone decides to do a Candida cleanse, it’s because they’ve been suffering from poor health for quite some time. They hope that by cleaning up their gut, they can get some relief. Unfortunately, many people want to do a Candida cleanse without experiencing any side effects. It doesn’t happen like that.

If you’ve got a significant digestive problem and you have a high Candida level, you will likely experience some discomfort as you work towards eradicating the yeast. That’s how it is. I haven’t heard of anyone with lots of harmful bacteria, parasites, or yeast who go through a cleanse without some discomfort. However, if you have a mild case of Candida, it shouldn’t be difficult at all to get rid of it with minimal side effects. Especially if you take it very easy.

Many people get themselves into trouble with side effects by jumping headfirst into treatment. If you’ve got a serious problem, it may well need serious treatment, but the stronger the treatment, the more likely you’ll experience strong side effects from that treatment. This is a fact. Whether it’s a natural treatment or pharmaceutical treatment, the stronger it is, the higher the likelihood of a significant side effect.

I strongly recommend that folks don’t overdo it. It’s something I’ve seen too many times in the clinic. People want to get well immediately. They will take lots of supplements at a high dose, and then they’ll crash. Often, they are left wondering what went wrong.

Common sense is my motto when it comes to Candida cleansing. If you have a significant Candida problem, always start, very, very slowly. That way, if the process gets out of hand, you can pull the treatment back to avoid crashing entirely. You can always ramp things up over time.

The intelligent approach to Candida cleansing and the Candida Crusher diet is to take it slow. Don’t make massive changes. Look at the big cleanup section in my Candida Crusher book. It will help you do your Candida cleanse the right way and with minimal side effects.

Healthy Snacks For Your Candida Cleanse

If you’re on a Candida cleanse and you feel like snacking, what are the best options?

The Candida Crusher approach to nutrition is designed to get people away from eating a standard American diet (SAD). SAD is a pretty crappy diet. The Candida Crusher diet is a natural approach to restoring and maintaining your health. You won’t be snacking on donuts and French fries.

Before I go into details about snacking, remember it’s not something you want to be doing after supper. That the wrong time for snacking and can contribute to unnecessary weight gain. In my opinion, snacking is best done in the morning or early afternoon. One of my favorite snacks is an apple. I usually have one or two apples a day.

You don’t want to expose yourself to temptation when you are addressing Candida overgrowth. You should go through your pantry and refrigerator and get rid of any junk food in your house. These are the foods and drinks you know you shouldn’t have. Once they are out of the house, you’ve minimized the chances that you will snack on the wrong foods.

The more you hone the skill of eating healthy, the less likely that you will snack on junk food. That means you need to get out of the habit of having your meals at fast-food restaurants. If you are going to get takeout, favor something like Thai food or sushi. When you eat healthy meals, you’ll be less tempted to have junk food snacks.

Related articles:

If you’re going to be snacking at home, go shopping and get a supply of healthy options. Fresh fruit is an excellent option because it is high in fiber and will leave you feeling quite full. Other good snack options are:

  • A couple of Brazil nuts per day
  • Five or six almonds with the skin intact
  • Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or roasted sesame seeds with a little sea salt
  • Celery or carrot with hummus
  • Salsa or avocado dip
  • Fruits and vegetables in general

Poor snack choices include simple and processed carbohydrates. You really don’t want to be snacking on cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, and donuts. All those foods are terrible for your gut.

Skin Rash As A Side Effect Of The Candida Crusher Cleanse

A question I’ve been asked more than once is, “Can a skin rash be caused by a Candida cleanse?”. The answer is, yes, it can. Skin rashes are quite common with people who go through many different types of cleanses or detoxes. It’s not unusual.

When you think about it, a cleanse is like cleaning house. The body has got lots of junk in it, but it needs to come out, and a great way for the body to express a symptom is on the skin. If you’re taking supplements to help clean out the liver, the immune system is going to be working overtime. The immune system is going to be mopping up a lot of toxins in the body.

Some of what is being mopped up are yeasts and bacteria which release their own toxins. In response, the immune system releases chemicals that can lead to uncomfortable, itchy skin rashes.

When I see a client that has developed a rash after starting a Candida cleanse, I will often draw a bell curve on a piece of paper. I will let the client know, “You could be anywhere on this bell curve. You could be going up. You could be up the top. Or you could be on the way down.”. In other words, the rash will come to an end eventually, but it’s hard to know when.

When a skin condition pops up with treatment, don’t despair. In most cases, the skin condition will calm right down within several days. If you get a nasty skin flare after starting a cleanse, it’s not a bad idea to temporarily stop the Candida protocol. Allow the skin to settle down a bit and then begin the Candida cleanse again.

Some people intensify the cleanse when they develop a rash. The problem is that it makes the skin problem even worse. My recommendation is to back off, let things calm down, resume the cleanse, and play it by ear. Common sense goes a long way when it comes to doing a Candida cleanse.
