How To Take Caprylic Acid?

Caprylic acid can be purchased in tablet and capsule forms. There are caprylic acid supplements that are available in 500mg and 600mg gel capsules. Oral thrush: A table spoon of apple cider vinegar is used in a cup with moderately warm water for gargles every 3 hourly.
All yeast infections including genital areas: A tablespoon to one quart water should be applied on the affected areas three times daily.

These are just approximate suggestions for commonly encountered conditions, however, its use should carefully be sought under supervision of a physician.
