Is Canxida For Eczema?

Over the years. I’ve treated many, many, many people with eczema, particularly younger people. I’ve seen thousands of cases of skin conditions over the 34 years I’ve practiced. Eczema is very common, particularly in young ones like under seven who haven’t got really fully developed immune systems.

If your child has eczema or you know a younger person with eczema, the first thing that you want to do is take the allergenic food immediately out of the diet,  and it’s usually dairy products, gluten, peanuts, the basic things. You need to get that out. If you don’t do that, well I think you need beating around the head with a soft object, to be quite honest. You need to do it. If you’ve got a young child with eczema, you just have to do it.

There’s definitely a link there. The gut becomes permeable, becomes leaky. Now, this could have happened for many different reasons, through medications or there are lots of reasons why they gut will become permeable in a young person. It could also be a genetic expression and they could have been passed down, but please make that diet change.

Second thing is needed; the probiotics. You need to really look at a good probiotic formula. CanXida to restore should work quite well. The capsules, some people say it too big, but I know that younger people can swallow them. CanXida Restore the product that I designed in with the green label is brilliant for eczema; one of those per day. What you can do if the child is very small and you can open a capsule up and even sprinkle a tiny bit of that powder in with formula or with food and try that out because it should work okay as well.

But for an adult, or anyone over seven, say seven to 15, easily two capsules per day should work quite well. The CanXida Remove is probably not required so much. I would recommend that Restore and the other one which will work advantageously would be the CanXida Rebuild, with the yellowy kind of label. That could be crushed up into like a powder and again about a quarter or a half a tablet mixed in with food for a younger person. So you don’t really want to crush up the CanXida Remove. It’s quite bitter. It’s got strong herbs in it for getting rid of bug. If you can, don’t break open the capsule with CanXida Restore because it’s in a special sort of time release capsule that opens up when it’s down in the gut.

If the child’s too young, absolutely open the capsule and just put, even just a sprinkling of that with some food once or twice a day. There’s plenty of bifidobacteria in that formula and that will help very much repopulate the gut of the younger child, which is going to help seriously help with eczema.

So remember, you must remove the offending food. If there’s any cow products in the diet and get them out. If there’s gluten in the diet, get it out. With the eczema disappearing, you can, up to you, you can maybe add some foods back to see what the triggers are but the CanXida products work very well with eczema.

Customize Your Candida Cleanse: Don’t Give Up All Your Favorite Foods

If you’ve been diagnosed with Candida, you don’t necessarily have to listen to what other people say about what you should or shouldn’t eat. I’ve had clients who cut out foods that they considered their best sources of energy and found themselves dragging through the day. The problem is that they were making a decision about their diet based on what someone else was telling them.

If you are feeling lethargic on a Candida diet, I’m going to guess that you’ve probably cut out bread. I would assume that you’ve also cut out other starchy foods like potatoes, rice, and pasta. I can almost guarantee that you have cut out foods that you can tolerate quite well.

It makes sense to be careful with some foods because somethings are certainly going to cause a reaction in your gut. But don’t assume, for example, that all starches are forbidden if you have Candida. For example, consider the potato. Even if potato in one form has given you some stomach grief, it doesn’t mean that you can’t tolerate potatoes that are prepared differently. I find that baking potatoes often changes how a gut reacts to that starch. A baked potato is undoubtedly worth trying.

If cutting out foods has left you feeling lethargic, I recommend taking a B vitamin pill once a day. I also suggest introducing a little bit of potato, sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, or pumpkin back into your diet.

There’s no reason for your energy to plummet on a Candid cleanse. I will admit bread is not a good food to introduce early on in a Candida cleanse. However, I can guarantee that you’ll be able to tolerate at least one of the starchy vegetables.

Also, consider adding digestive enzymes to your Candida cleanse program. CanXida Restore is a product I developed that contains both digestive enzymes and probiotics, If you are eating a starchy or a carb food and you get a reaction to it, back off, take enzymes with the meal, and try half the portion size next time. That approach should help considerably.

Potatoes and Candida: Should I Be Concerned?

People will tell you that starchy foods turn into sugar and feed Candida. Yet, so many of my clients have no problems eating potatoes or sweet potatoes without experiencing dysbiosis or gut issues.

I have many patients who do perfectly fine on a diet that includes potatoes and rice. These are people who have stool tests positive for Candida, and yet they tolerate starchy foods just fine.

If it was true that all starchy foods feed Candida, a lot of people couldn’t eat a potato without suffering the consequences. Probably one in four people globally could never eat spuds because their baseline gut flora includes Candida. If potatoes really did feed yeast, the Candida would bloom, and make the person sick. It’s just not true.

Potatoes affect some people with Candida, but they also affect some people who haven’t got Candida. I’ve had clients who had terrible GI symptoms in response to eating potatoes, and yet they didn’t have any significant harmful microorganisms in their digestive tract.

Potato is a high starch food. Many people can’t break starches down because they got poor digestive health. That doesn’t always mean there’s a harmful gut organism feeding on the potato.

People often have the crazy assumption that there are two camps of food: foods you can eat, the foods you can’t eat. Then you have the food police with big signs pointing “Don’t eat, don’t eat” to these foods. Yet, a lot of people tolerate those foods with no problems.

Don’t listen to what someone else says about any one food. Listen to what your digestive system says. Doesn’t it make sense? Think about it. Have you tried potatoes to see if they cause a reaction? Have you tried them boiled? Have you tried them mashed? Have you tried to modify that starch in different ways to see how your tummy reacts? Have you tried to eat at different times of the day? Have you tried the potato in conjunction with some digestive enzymes? Have you tried to eat potato when you eliminated all alcohol from your diet for three to six months? Probably not.

Many people seem to think I’ve got a rather simplistic approach towards healing the gut, but I haven’t. It’s quite a sophisticated approach because it involves trying to get people to understand that it’s a simple approach. Play that back one more time and have a listen to it. It makes sense. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29568082 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30986463

Nausea And Coconut Milk: What’s The Connection?

There are many reasons why you can get nauseous from oily substances like coconut milk. The first possibilities I would think about are pancreatic dysfunction, stomach problems, or a gallbladder issue. The bottom line is that something is wrong with the digestion system.

One way of determining where the problem resides is to identify how long it takes nausea to develop after drinking coconut milk. If the nausea is almost immediate, the problem is likely in the stomach. If your stomach isn’t making enough hydrochloric acid, it wouldn’t be unusual to feel sick after ingesting a high-fat beverage like coconut milk.

In the second scenario, if it takes a little bit longer for nausea to develop, it more likely to be a pancreatic problem. Pancreatic problems become more common as people age. For people in their 40s and 50s, the stomach and the pancreas both go a bit flat. Sometimes it’s a result of stress and drinking. I don’t generally see a lot of pancreatic issues in younger people unless they have a problem with alcohol. Although people of any age can have stomach problems, I mostly see stomach issues in men, especially men between ages 40 and 60. If you look at who is buying the lion’s share of acid blockers, it’s men, not women.

The way to combat nausea that develops after drinking coconut milk is to start taking digestive enzymes. I recommend checking out CanXida Restore, the one with the green label, because it’s quite good for issues like this. If you take one capsule of CanXida Restore three times a day with meals for 10 to 14 days, your ability to tolerate coconut milk or oil should improve.

Drawbacks Of The Candida Spit Test

I’ve had at least one viewer who felt that the Candida spit test was an accurate measure of Candida overgrowth. However, based on my years of experience, I have to disagree.

On many occasions, I’ve had several clients who have had their spit analyzed by credible labs, and everything came back negative. There was no evidence of Candida, other yeast, fungus, or harmful bacteria. These are clients who had stringy, chunky phlegm when doing the spit test. Other times I could have sworn a client had Candida because of the appearance of their spit, and it turned out they didn’t have a yeast problem at all. They had a pancreatic problem. When pancreatic enzymes are low, the body has trouble breaking down starches, which can result in a lot of stringy mucus.

What I’ve discovered over the years is that a lot of people with digestive problems don’t have a Candida issue after all. They may have a lack of beneficial bacteria or low levels of digestive enzymes. For example, if you have very low pancreatic elastase levels, you need to get the pancreas fixed up and take some digestive enzymes.

In addition to false negatives, another problem with spit tests is that the results can be affected by dietary supplements such as probiotics and digestive enzymes. Don’t make assumptions, and don’t just rely on conventional testing. A thousand blood tests later, and you still might not know what’s wrong with your gut.

My suggestion for anyone who is having digestive problems is to have a comprehensive stool analysis. That test will reveal the true extent of what’s going on in your gut. You won’t have to wonder what’s wrong with your GI tract anymore. You’ll have the answer, and from there you can select the most appropriate treatment. To my mind, that’s a much better approach than a spit test.
