Candida Yeast Infections Affect Women In Many Ways. They Can Have Vaginal Yeast Infections, Digestive Disorders, Skin Infections And Much More.

The Vaginal Implant Protocol: Stage 1 – The Kill Stage

I have found from experience that the Kill stage works best in the week leading up to and including the menstrual period itself, and it is important to continue the implant during the menstrual stage, although you may want to omit the heaviest flow day. Continue until the flow has stopped completely.

Wait for two days before you commence with the Build stage. This will allow the vagina and its surrounding vulva skin environment to build up the beneficial flora it requires to maintain ideal health.

You may need to experiment here with the Kill Stage, some women may experience a change in their flow or even an increase in their premenstrual syndrome symptoms if they start too strong with the Kill Stage, if you have a history of premenstrual difficulties (PMT or PMS), endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) then you may need to be cautious in your approach to any Kill treatments leading up to your menstrual period.

That is not to say that you should avoid it, just be more careful and start with a mild treatment the first month in particular.

It takes about three menstrual cycles in chronic cases to really notice the difference, so don’t give up after the first month! You may well find that after completing these Kill and Build cycles for 4 – 6 months along with the Candida Crusher Diet, Lifestyle noticeable improvement in your premenstrual complaints and endometriosis. This is what I have noticed after working with many women, the feedback has been great.

This protocol can most successfully be used for:

  • Chronic vaginal thrush
  • Candida vaginal yeast infections
  • Bacterial infections such as Gardnerella

The KILL Stage – Antimicrobial Treatment Protocol

  • A – 1 crushed clove of garlic. Buy organic and use fresh. Kyolic tm aged garlic extract can be used if you travel a lot, but I prefer to recommend fresh as it gives outstanding results most every time, I have verified this with hundreds of cases. Fresh garlic is always best when it comes to thrush.
  • B – 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (use a quality product like Bragg’s)
  • C – 1 tablespoon of yoghurt. (Buy the best natural yogurt you can find)
  • Insert A, B and C at night before bed. Wear a sanitary napkin or panty pad to bed.
  • Be aware that garlic is bactericidal, and may affect the beneficial bacteria that were introduced with the initial implant program.
  • Some women just use the garlic and yogurt, others use the garlic, yogurt and vinegar. Do what best suits your needs.
  • Always re-introduce beneficial bacteria using the Probiotic implant protocol for one week after completing the antimicrobial protocol.
  • Follow the KILL & BUILD protocol several times a year to help maintain a very healthy vaginal environment.
  • During the KILL phase, take the recommended probiotic by mouth: 1 capsule twice daily. You want to improve immunity and plant good bacteria in the digestive tract, reducing the chances of transferring too many bad bacteria from the perineum to the vaginal area. Always remember to wipe front to back.
  • Always use this protocol in conjunction with my Candida Crusher Program recommendations. You will have a much better chance of an excellent outcome that way.
  • Best Results: do the local treatment, do the diet, maintain the lifestyle, and take the Candida Crusher supplements as recommended.
  • When you have intestinal candida (like when you have bloating, gas, diarrhea, etc.) and at the same time have vaginal thrush, I want you to do the Kill stage in conjunction with Grapefruit Seed Extract Vaginal Treatment, and not the boric acid treatment. GSE is more indicated because it will greatly assist in reducing any vaginal/fecal contamination from occurring.
  • Using this protocol and this alone while ignoring diet and lifestyle – while maintaining the cause – will give you temporary results at best.

Simple Kill and Build Phases

Garlic tampons, capsules or fresh garlic can be inserted intra-vaginally in the morning (kill treatment) and then lactobacillus capsules can be inserted in the evening (build treatment) to create a plan that both inhibits growth of the offending organism and repopulates the delicate vaginal micro-flora to its normal healthy state.

10 Simple & Quick Tips for Crushing Female Yeast Infections

Because vaginal yeast infection or, vaginal thrush as it is more often referred to, is extremely common, it is wise to follow the old adage, ‘prevention is better than cure.’ Although many women fail to realize it, there are steps you can take to prevent yeast infections either occurring or recurring, which can be incorporated into your everyday lifestyle with the minimum of fuss or effort.

The main reason women get genital yeast infections more often than men is simply due to the ‘design’ of the female nether regions. It is the ideal environment – warm, dark and moist – for yeasts to accommodate and thrive. So a large part of what you are looking to do is to make that environment less hospitable to yeasts.

Here are Ten Tips to remember when either preventing thrush or when trying to rid yourself of it:

1. By allowing air to circulate you are making the environment more hostile to yeasts. Wear loose fitting clothing wherever possible. This includes tight, heavy trousers and, more importantly, nylon underwear. Nylon doesn’t allow the body to breathe in the same way that cotton does. So exchange the nylon for cotton and the trousers for skirts whenever you can.

2. A steaming hot bath or jacuzzi might seem the ideal way to relax but the heat can encourage yeast overgrowth, and, in women who already have it, make the region extremely irritated. Take warm baths over hot ones and, whenever you can, shower!

3. If you need to wear trousers in the daytime consider having a shower in the evening after work. This way you can change into less formal garments and shift straight into a dress or skirt with no hose after bathing. The same rule applies after swimming. Change into something light and made of a natural material so the air can circulate between your legs.

4. Avoiding alcohol together with sweet desserts and candies is a must if you want to send that infection on its way. Alcohol is known to exist in many people with microflora dysbiosis and Candida just simply thrive on the sugary goodies. Remember that it won’t be for ever and, after your yeast infection has gone, most people often find that they crave candy a lot less than they did before anyway.

5. My Candida Crusher Program gives in-depth advice and guidance about how to treat recurring yeast infections as well as how to prevent them starting. But remember that foods which contain yeasts, and not only alcohol, can also contribute to making a Thrush infection worse. Avoid breads, and cookies wherever possible.

6. Probiotics are essential if you have to take antibiotics. Antibiotics are one of the major causations when it comes to gut dysbiosis and this fact has been realized for decades. When it comes to taking probiotics many patients only continue with them for as long as they are taking the drugs – and it simply isn’t long enough. Remember my x6 rule. For however long you take antibiotics you must take probiotics for 6 times longer. You are on antibiotics for 1 week, then take probiotics for 6 weeks. The beneficial bacteria take longer to be replaced than it does to wipe them out.

7. Oral contraceptives are also becoming recognized as causing thrush. If you are concerned, and particularly if you have recurring thrush, speak to your clinician about possible alternatives. For those women who don’t see any reasonable alternatives to the pill then consider adding a good quality probiotic to your daily diet.

8. Avoid becoming overheated. Whether you are having a day on the beach or when you are playing sports, consider just how overheated your body is becoming. Remember to shower, dry yourself carefully and to dress yourself in loose fitting clothing to allow yourself to cool off. It should go without saying to avoid saunas. That amount of heat, together with the moisture provides an ideal breeding ground for Candida.

9. When sitting, and particularly for long periods, try not to cross your legs. Letting the air circulate even when you are doing nothing is very important. You have no need to sit like a jock but can retain femininity by crossing your legs at the ankles – which is considered very elegant in some circles!

10. I don’t recommend douches under normal circumstances but do provide details of both my anti-microbial and probiotic protocols in Candida Crusher. These are specialist douches which can be used without encouraging further overgrowth.

Remember that although you can hold Candida at bay if you practice these simple rules, it is much more difficult to Crush Thrush once it has gained a foothold. Most of the time it is necessary to practice these habits for at least 6 months to ensure that Candida does not recur.

Exploring the Vaginal Implant Protocol for Chronic Vaginal Thrush

Here is a local treatment I have been recommending for many years with great results. It is in two parts, the “kill” phase and the “build” phase. I recommend that you employ this treatment for at least three months (twelve weeks) on a regular basis for best results. You will get the results you are looking for a cure by following my Candida Crusher dietary approach, taking the Candida Crusher supplements, and following the local vaginal implant protocol to the letter.

Yes, it is highly possible and most probably likely that your vaginal yeast infection will be completely eradicated by doing this the right way. You will get out of a program exactly what you put into it, if you are diligent and follow this protocol correctly you will be delighted with the results, I can vouch for the many women I have helped with this condition over the years, and I’m sure that most would agree with me on this with many of these cases being quite severe and of long duration.

When Should I Do the Treatments and For How Long?

The anti-microbial treatment can be used from one up to five days in a row in general, and it is up to you how long you wish to treat for. It depends on your level of comfort/ discomfort and basically the effort you are willing to go to. Remember to always alternate between the antimicrobial and the beneficial implant protocol.

I have noticed that some women get more results when they do two or three anti-microbial treatments before their period, and then do several pro-biotic treatments after their menstrual cycle, whereas others just do them as sets (the anti-microbial and pro-biotic) several times both before and after their menstrual cycle. I now prefer that women work out what is best for them, and this is because some get more relief with one part of this treatment phase, for example, anti-microbial versus the other.

You will soon work out what is best for you, the duration, what and how to use it and gauge the effectiveness of the treatment based on the results you are getting. And, always remember – treatments locally work the most effectively when they are employed along with the Candida Crusher Diet. Yes, I do repeat myself but I do it to really place emphasis on certain points.

In the next two posts you’ll find the implant treatment protocol I recommend for various conditions affecting the vagina or vulva. This is the protocol I have recommended for over fifteen years and with great success, women report that they get fantastic results – some in as little as 24 hours. There are two phases here that I recommend – the kill stage and the build stage – and this is what makes all the difference. You will be changing the pH level of the vagina by doing so and will get results that much quicker.

Some programs I have seen just recommend the build stage (using yogurt) and others recommend the kill stage (garlic) by I recommend that you employ BOTH of these stages periodically, especially if you have chronic or recurring thrush. Do you use Fluconazole regularly (Diflucan)? Then you should most certainly do the following protocol, along with the Candida Crusher program.

Can I Have Sex If I Have a Vaginal Yeast Infection?

This is a great question and it’s one I receive often in my clinic. Truth be told, many women don’t even want to have intercourse when they have thrush as even with a lubricant it can be quite uncomfortable.

It is probably best that you avoid sex for some time if you have severe vaginal thrush, or at least during the bad flare or acute stages, because you will only irritate the skin and prolong the healing.

Be most diligent about hygiene and re-infection. You may like to try coconut oil as a lubricant if you want to have sex but don’t want the pain; it works well for many people. Coconut oil is an antifungal as well as a good lubricant. Even better than coconut oil is jojoba oil, a kind of a liquid wax almost, it is probably the best sex lubricant you can get and is anti-fungal too.

If you want to have intercourse when you have vaginal thrush, then I would recommend you do a yogurt douche immediately after. In addition, if your partner is not careful, you may pass the infection to your partner and then back to yourself. Later in this book you will read a case history about a 27-year-old male who contracted a yeast infection from his girlfriend who had a severe case of vaginal yeast infection. This man developed a chronic case of prostatitis that eventually cleared up after several months of treatment.

Especially avoid sex in the week leading up to your period if you have chronic candida, this is the time when most women who have a yeast infection have discovered that their yeast infection is at its most severe. I can highly recommend you study chapter 5, a chapter devoted entirely to chronic women’s yeast infections.

What’s the Relationship between Endometriosis and Candida?

A female medical doctor I know well went to a health conference in Canada several years ago and the topic was endometriosis. She said that both two days was spent discussing candida albicans infections, and there were many discussions on how to identify and treat yeast overgrowth in women. It is about time that we are finally starting to see more medical doctors who are practicing natural forms of medicine, because when I started to see patients it was something of a rarity to hear of a medical doctor who had much regard for natural forms of healing, and those that did profess to use natural medicines were treated as quacks, charlatans and snake oil peddlers.

Whilst I have met women with endometriosis who do not have thrush or a candida problem, I have not often met a woman with endometriosis who does not have some type of history of candida, and then who has generally suppressed the condition with a cream or antibiotic. She may have had the thrush many years ago, and this was then supposedly “cured”, which only serves to drive it further into the endometrium, thereby potentially causing eventual endometriosis. Are you a female with vaginal thrush?

Then my advice is to adopt the treatment plan outlined in the Candida Crusher to successfully eradicate the condition. It may be difficult or stubborn to cure when you first start treatment, but your persistence will pay off and you can eradicate this problem in time.

Your persistence will eventually pay off, and eradicating rather than suppressing an internal yeast infection will save you plenty of discomfort and misery in the future, and for you it may even be the difference between conceiving a child and remaining infertile.
